Good enough shop with good staff, just not enough sizes of flagship products in stock. This will hopefully be fixed with the new store.
Cant get shoes in half sizes when its available in half sizes (a) online and (b) at competing franchise-based stores. Cmon, if youre serious about performance shoes half size availability is a must!Staff were helpful though.
Rude staff who did not even budge from their little gathering when we entered. Talking about us to each other in front of us. Will not be visiting ever again!
I bought ultra boost from your Canal Walk store a month ago and took it to your waterfront store last Tuesday (within the 30 day warranty) as the boost was ripping and the fabric was coming lose. Your “Tech Experts” (which are useless by the way) inspected the shoe and say it cant be replaced as I played squash in a running shoe ONCE socially which wasn’t intense. The people I played with also used the same shoe and nothing happened to their shoe. I waited 6 days for someone to get back to me and I had to call for some information. I paid 3000 for a shoe that I thought would last but clearly doesn’t. To top it off one of your staff members at the waterfront store was interfering while I was talking to your tech rep and saying, “it’s only aesthetic and there is no need to replace”. When I brought it in last Tuesday tour staff said there is a 90% chance of replacement, which was clearly a lie. Your reigional manager apparently looked at the shoe which I think is a lie. Your store said I would be called by last week Thursday which didn’t happen. This is not the type of service I expect from Adidas and won’t buy another shoe from Adidas.
