I see all these bad reviews, honestly Ive been shopping Superbalist, Zando etc online and never ever had any issues whatsoever. The returns is quick and credit my wallet in a day or 2, so I cant say any bad thing. I ordered this morning again and delivery is tomorrow. Superbalist is the only online clothing where I can get hold of Aca Joe brand and I love it!! So keep it up, Im happy!!

Terrible customer service and very frustrating shopping experiences. They dont acknowledge their own errors, promise to reschedule delivery and after failing to do so send the order back to the warehouse and are unwilling to resend it and thats not the end of my list of complaints. They reassure you about their dedication to customers but whenever I had an issue they were never willing to resolve it to keep the customer happy. Will not shop with them again and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The best service Ive experienced in a long time! I made my first purchase recently on Superbalist. The delivery was fast and I am in love with my purchase. Clothing feels very well made and value for money. There were 2 items that needed to be returned but Superbalist put my mind at ease with their speedy service. I organized for the items to be collected Thursday, 1 April, and they were collected Thursday morning and processed by Friday 2 April. Today is 5 April and I received my full refund, done and dusted in a total of 3 business days. Such a pleasant and stress free shopping experience, will definitely be ordering again in the near future. Thank you Superbalist!

They gave me the wrong rug (design) and a smaller size than I ordered. And Im sure they were aware they didnt have stock when I bought but they still released the wrong product because they are shady. I requested a refund and Im still waiting. Online shopping is already nerve wrecking but Superbalist makes it 10x worse. Go shop at the mall!

I ordered an item from Superbalist and paid for next day delivery. I had moved and forgot to update new address details so I contacted them the second I placed the order to advise them I had moved 200m.2 days later after assurances it was out for delivery and they advise they could not contact me and returned the item for a refund.Absolutely pathetic service - go to a retail store and buy what you would like.Superbalist are unable to provide the service that is the reason for their existence.Do not shop here.

Ordered a set of joggers, returned for an exchange because it was small and requested an extra large. When the exchange came it was still a large with a extra large. So I requested a refund nowhere in their refund did they give me an option to have the money back into my account so they put the refund into their wallet and theres more Id wanna buy

Absolutely, by far, the worst online shopping experience I have yet to deal with.First, my purchase was incorrectly labeled as fraudulent (???). Second, upon requesting a refund, the customer call center told me that I needed to verify my bank credentials so I would need to send photos of my bank card to the fraud department to rectify their mistake (honestly???). I eventually received my refund and a new R100 voucher, but now: (a) the item I actually wanted is no longer available, and (b) the new R100 voucher they so generously gave me is only valid for the next 3 weeks (when my original voucher was valid for years). Everyone reading this: save yourself the trouble and make your purchases elsewhere.

By far the WORST Online platform I have ever experienced - I ordered THREE items to be delivered yesterday. Only TWO of the THREE products arrived. According to the driver, the THIRD item had a separate waybill. I then received an email confirmation that ALL my items were delivered. That is inaccurate. Then I phoned the Helpdesk just to be told the THIRD item is somewhere in a warehouse and they dont know when delivery will take place. Today I followed up on the delivery, just to be told that the item is still in a warehouse and cant tell me when I will eventually receive the item. I was promised to receive a call back for feedback - yet to receive that call.

Superbalist also wont allow me to exchange board shorts. The sizes I bought are too small. All customer service can say is sorry the items you bought are non refundable or exchangeable. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager is going to tell me the same thing. I sad I still want to speak to one. I now await the phone call. They are not even trying to help me. Any other clothing store would allow for exchanges.I received an email from one of their managers this morning. They are still not willing to exchange my items. I know that it is stated in their policy that swimwear is not allowed to be exchanged, but surely they can make an exception for board shorts? One of the items is even a hybrid (shorts and swimwear).I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they have handled the situation. They do not respond on social media and have a bad attitude when speaking to them via phone.I can see a couple of unhappy people leaving comments on this very post and yet no one gets back.I will never buy from Superbalist again and will encourage friends and family not to buy from them either.

Former happy customer. A recent purchase in October turned sour after Superbalist mismanaged courier dates to collect an exchange and a return. Since then, I have not been refunded and have lost my money. Extremely disappointed as their refund and exchange processes were seamless in the past. Not sure what has changed and I am sad to give this low rating. However, I have lost confidence in the platform.Update 04.12.2020: Superbalist finally refunded me (after a 6-week long period) following the submission of a formal complaint.

Do not purchase anything from these people. No customer service what so ever. Placed my order of R2650 about a week ago. The last I heard from them was when they confirmed the order and the had the money, after that nothing. When you try to contact them via email, all you get it the automated response. I have written a review on anything before but Superbalist has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I always received my parcel with in 5 days (usually less) and it always has everything I ordered. The returns process is easy and pickup is usually at the right time. The only problem is that now I can’t shop anywhere else online with out being disappointed.

Worst online service ever!!! Its a SCAM. if you dont happen to be at home when their courier randomly arrives and only rings the intercom once - they actually cancel your order and still charge the delivery fee, and then tell you to reorder at a higher price! Do not bother ordering from these people.

Ordering process quick and easy and delivery was fast, however, highly disappointed in the quality of my dress. Material unthreading on various parts of the dress and was delivered shoved in a plastic packet with no care at all. I should have just shopped at China Town!Wanted to exchange but the process is a real time consuming pain. What a waste of R400. Wont be using them again.

Purchasing products is a breeze! But seems once they have your money they stop caring. I’ve been waiting for an exchange order for over a week. I’ve had to confirm the same delivery address 3 times (and no the address did not change), and when logging a complaint with them, there is hardly any feedback! Unfortunately this isn’t my first experience like this with Superbalist, so good luck shoppers! Here’s hoping you get the right product and don’t need an exchange.

Their customer support team do not have any idea on how to resolve a simple delivery issue. My parcel has not been delivered and apparently I paid extra for a week later delivery. Which customer would do such a whole week makes no sense. However to resolve the issue all they could of done was change my delivery schedule but they opted for me to refund all my cash instead and have me go to another store for the products I require.

I paid for a gift voucher for a present for a friend on Satruday< as it was her event on Saturday, and still have not received the email with the voucher. I have spoken to two people from superbalist and nothing is actually being done. They just tell me to resend it and see what happens. Ive done it 4 times now and still nothing!!!!! I ordered two of the same items on promotion and they sent one of the two items incorrectly. I requested an exchange for the correct item where after they refunded me forcing me to purchase the correct item at full retail price after the promotion ended. I also need to pay for shipping or purchase more than one item because this one item is not enough for free shipping. No attempt whatsoever was made to send me the correct item I purchased initially which they mistakenly dispatched. All you get is empty promises that they will work on improving their customer experience while failing at it spectacularly!

Definitely wont be ordering from Superbalist again!Despite repeated requests for the delivery guys to call me when they are at my premises to pick up my return - they have not done so. The result is that they leave without the item and it has to be rescheduled - which is very inconvenient for me because I have to hang around for another day waiting for them to collect. And the only response I get from the agents and manager at Superbalist is sorry, but we cant do anything. A serious lack of accountability and no regard for their customers!

Honestly the worst customer experience Ive ever had. Not only was my parcel not delivered on the date it was meant to be delivered to, it was delivered to a different house and the person in that house happily signed for it without knowing me at all. Then when I queried where my delivery was, I was told it was already delivered and sent a picture of a signature and apparently that was good enough for the customer service agent to close my ticket - despite me telling her countless times that nobody was home and that I dont know who the person it was delivered to.Now - I have to wait, yes, wait, for the couriers to pick the items up from the house they delivered it to and it has to get checked back into the warehouse before I can get a refund. I truly dont understand why theyre making their problems and faults my problem. Everything that happened was due to the incompetence, yet the customer has to be inconvenienced. There is absolutely no guarantee that they will even be able to collect the items or that it will be in a good condition. Why are they holding my money hostage when I have no products at all and only hours of time wasted communicating with their team. The generic responses actually sicken me because 1) Theres no sincerity in the inconvenience theyve caused me2) If they really cared about their customer, they would have handled the situation much better.If I could give them 0 stars I would. Honestly the worst service you could get I firstly couldnt change my delivery address due to work circumstances, but fine okay cant be changed. So I take a day unpaid from work just to be home to collect the package then no one arrives and I have CCTV Footage of this, waiting patiently for the package since 6 in the morning only to get an update we tried no one was home so its coming tomorrow but I took the day off and tonight I leave again if you email them you only get auto responses that say it can take up to 3 days to get an actual response would never use them again !!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!You do not even deserve one star.From placing my order to eventually being refunded countless massive errors were made with no explanation and little efforts to resolve anything.I placed my order via the app with the correct address reflecting on my order. My item was delivered to the incorrect delivery hub only to have the delivery guy calling me for four days trying to deliver my order in the incorrect area.I called the Superbalist customer care everyday to try and resolve this. I was never called back by anyone, I had to call in everyday for updates. Eventually my order was taken to the correct delivery hub and instead of being delivered to me was then placed back onto the website AND SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE. There was no more stock in my size and I was told nothing could be done, my order was cancelled and I would be refunded.I was told the matter would be handled internally and I would receive no feedback as the department who made the error does not deal with clients. I was told I should trust that it would be resolved internally, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was then asked to send Superbalist my banking details to refund my bank account, which I did immediately. I was then refunded with credit into my Superbalist Wallet and not money in my bank account.In the meantime, the item I wanted the first time around came back into stock so I ordered it again as I was assured my address issue had been resolved. BIG MISTAKE. I called in to make sure everything would go smoothly and the matter was escalated to ensure my second order would be delivered with no issues. Meanwhile I am still waiting for my refund for my first order that was sold to someone else.Can you guess what happened next? My second order was never delivered. No explanation, no phone call, nothing. I had to again call in for the hundredth time to be told my driver had been hijacked and my order stolen. COME ON SUPERBALIST are you running out of stories to explain your horrific service and processes. I was told I would be called back with more information, of course this never happened. So I called in the next day to be told that AGAIN my order was taken to the incorrect delivery hub.Meanwhile I am then refunded for my second order instead of my first. So my second order is then cancelled as a result. The second order was then placed onto their website and sold to someone else AGAIN. All meanwhile I have no idea what is happening.I finally received both refunds and will NEVER do business with Superbalist again. I have made a point to tell everyone I know to avoid the company all together. None of the departments communicate with eachother or know what is going on, clients receive no updates or explanations. It became laughable at a certain point that such a big company could be making countless massive errors on just my one order and ended up never getting it right and having to refund me to avoid having to resolve anything. I had to call twice a day to try and resolve the issues with my order, never receiving any calls from Superbalist even after they had embarrassed themselves completely.It was all such a waste of time on my side. I never got my item that I wanted and all I got from Superbalist was my refunds after weeks of waiting. Thanks guys! Thanks a lot!

I had a delivery scheduled for Friday, 29 September 2017 by 5pm. Close to 5PM, Superbalist informs me the driver is still on his way. I waited outside since 4PM till 6:40PM with no record of the driver contacting my office or him every being there. The call center then informs me he was there at 4PM, but why would they tell me he is still on his way when I phone at 5PM and 6PM. They said they will contact dispatch to see if I can collect, however they never returned my call 40mins later to let me know if it is possible. I managed to get the number myself and then been told they have been waiting for me. Superbalist wasted 3 hours, had me wait outside for a driver that was never arriving and lied to me repeatedly. As my first purchase I am very disappointed and do not recommend them.

I’m shocked looking at the reviews because I’ve never had an issue with Superbalist. I’ve always received my orders on time as promised, the quality was as it looked online and when I have asked for an exchange, everything was quite promptly organised and delivered thereafter. But then again I’ve never asked for a refund which seems to be the bulk of problem in these reviews. Eitherway, so far I am very happy with the service. It’s been very efficient from my experience.

Awful service. This company is riddled with incompetance.Had multiple failed deliveries while I was home and while I arranged for someone to be home for me when I was not there. Neither of us got contacted even though I supplied both numbers.I noticed the deliveries were failing so I emailed them, and they didnt respond.Instead they just cancelled my order, without my input.Luckily I was off that day and called them within 10 minutes. They wouldnt allow me to collect the order or reverse the cancellation. After a back and forth they agreed to give me store credit and discounts in return but would not fully refund to my bank account. I bought some goods on sale and requested that they give me a discount such that I can reorder the same goods.Now over 2 weeks later they have not delivered on that promise.

I received a Superbalist voucher: 40% OFF (Code: FRIYAY40). I made use of this voucher with only 10 minutes left before the offer expired. I made a rushed purchase and applied the code. However the full price was applied to the items and charged in full to my account - no 40% discount as promised. I immediately tried amending the order on the site and then phoned to cancel the order, BUT to my frustration there was NO option to amend or cancel an order!After a couple of lengthy conversations to Superbalist, I was left with no option than to wait for the promised SMS. The parcel will now travel back to Joburg to the same warehouse before I can get a refund. Other online platforms such as Takealot allows you to amend orders or cancel it.SUPERBALIST, this is not acceptable. Excuuuuuuse but I order from you people and therefore the onus is on you to make sure the people you hire get me my stuff as advised .I dont even get a notification theres going to be delays . My latest order was supposed to have been delivered yesterday already and I even took time off work and it never turned up. Today I come from work and its still not here! This is ridiculous .As I type this Im absolutely fuming! Yeeeer

Good dayI am very upset at the moment, its been THREE days since my return order was suppose to be collected. Today is 4th of July and my order was suppose to be collected on the 2nd of July. Reading everyones comments and reviews really does make sense as to why Superbalist needs to work on their service and repremand not only their customer service providers but especially their collection team even if they are third party couriers. People have jobs to get to, I dont have time to be staying at home waiting for people to collect things.Then I also have to call customer service a total of 13 times over the past 3 days to have them help me. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!! I would not offer such poor service to anyone, especially if Im getting paid to deliver this service.Sort your your business out SUPERBALIST!!!

The most unsatisfying and unreliable online experiences that I have ever experienced in online shopping. The WORST customer service. If things go right then all fine, if your order goes wrong, you will wait 6 weeks for a resolution. Most upsetting experience, no accountability, customer has to provide solutions to the mess up.

On more than one occasion Ive had trouble with being sent the wrong item. Im still struggling to get a refund for an item that had it shorts size incorrectly advertised and because it shows as a non refundable item no one is willing to assist even though Ive placed another order for the same shorts upon the advise from one of your advisors. Your staff do not call back as promised and no one has taken ownership of this. I use to love purchasing from you but because of poor service Id rather go elsewhere.

Never had such bad service from an online retailer from being told that my order is ready for collection. First it was not delivered at the collection point to having to call 4 times. Spoke to Mfundo. Fiona and then a supervisor, Lungi that subsequently hung up when I asked for a reference number. Never again will I purchase from this store. Ive had problems with two consecutive orders.

Superbalist: where customer service goes to die.Enjoy the experience of waiting for days and days and days trying to get your damaged items returned. Spoiler alert: Your emails wont be replied to, the managers are all in meetings and the couriers cant be contacted.

For a company which specialises in delivery of purchases, their system sucks! I had terrible follow up experience too. Continuously failing to act on their promises even after 3 attempts they have not got it right. I am still sitting with the wrong product. This was definitely not worth the time and effort it cost me.
