Huge indoor storage place. They provide trolleys to help you move stuff from your car to your storage unit. the staff are friendly and helpful, throughout the whole process. Getting a quote. Providing information. Showing you to the unit. I did get a little bit lost the first time, finding my way back to the reception area from my unit. I found their prices vs unit size to be really great.

So, the thing is, I never post reviews but I often use them to decide on a product or service, so its about time I weighed in. Not only is it about time, but this place deserves it! Their customer relations are spectacular (and normally, Im happy with average). No question was left unanswered and they were amazingly communicative, helpful and informative. In the end, it was an easy decision to store our vehicle with them - and we recommend them highly.

We had our BMW X3 stored at More store for 10 months and could not have been more impressed with the service. From the outset Mariska made it very easy for us to contract with More store and made a plan so we could drop it off after hours. Later, through no fault of More store there was a flood in Parow which affected their facility and caused some ingres of water into our vehicle - Irma went out of her way to make sure that the car was dried out and the items within the car stored and dried. When we returner the car was in perfect condition. Well done team!

I have had the most pleasant and positive experience with MoreStore in Parow! My company is moving premises and we required short term storage for some of our equipment which is unfortunately quite awkwardly sized and also very dirty. We required 2 units and unfortunately, at the time, there was only 1 ground floor unit available and 1 on the 2nd floor which did not really work for us, however before we could even begin moving, Irma had made a plan and arranged 2 x ground floor units which worked out perfectly!!! We must have been the loudest clients with the dirtiest equipment that MoreStore have had to deal with but they did so with a smile on their faces!The units are a nicely sized, clean and secure plus, the individual attention that we received, specifically from Irma coupled with her proactive attitude, was nothing short of amazing!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
