Ive been using their service for about 5 years now. Zak always goes the extra mile and hes never disappointed. Hell always come back if theres a problem (months or years after installation if need be). Very honest, efficient and professional.

Absolutely fantastic service - Zak came, fixed the problem so we could have a working alarm and then returned to properly fix things for us. All this during abnormal demand on his side due to load shedding. I won’t use anyone else for my security matters after dealing with Zak.

Didnt use WP Security for installation per se, but after we were left without instruction on how to use our new alarm system fitted by someone else, Zak at WP Security was happy to walk me through the process on the phone. A great help considering he didnt fit it for us!

I recently required upgrading of my existing security system. After searching for quotes we decided to go with WP Security due to their1. fast email response times,2. ability to work with existing infrastructure (other security companies will make you start afresh which costs more),3. general know how - they seemed to have good insight into where gaps existed and where upgrading would be best to provide the level of security we were looking for4. competitive quotesZak and his team came in, re-clarified what work was to be done and got it done in a quick and efficient manner. We always got the feeling that they were always in control and had solutions to any problems. In fact the only time there seemed to be concern from Zak was when we had to move the location of the Weber to accommodate the new location of the beams (of course moving someones braai area is a very sensitive subject).Other events that impressed me included:1. After seeing how to re-use existing sensors a new (cheaper) quote was provided after installation. They could have just left the price as it was before and I would have been none-the-wiser.2. After installation, 2 of the cameras werent coming through with the right resolution. It seemed fine to me but they insisted coming back the next day to quickly replace 2 cameras to ensure the right resolution was being displayed3. Working closely with other security software vendors to ensure the hardware necessary for integration was installed (we want to use Sentian software).

Terrible, If you want a time waster and non delivery full of excuses and empty promises then you are at the right address. Zak waisted my time for almost 2 months just to get a quote out. Absolutely terrible service delivery. Will not recommend this chap.
