Took a few days after paying for our system to be installed even though we were informed that they would install immediately on the scheduled date when the payment was made. Technician staff Peter, Dylan & Jona did a great job installing our system - very friendly, informative & accommodating. Ill increase this review to 5 stars when time comes that we will need armed response & see if they respond quickly as they say they will :)

Difficult to find offices, poorly marked. Offices appeared to be under construction. Helpful staff if rather surly.

Kind staff and very helpful

We have been with Combat for over a year now. They are almost always very quick to respond to alarm activations, and give you the impression that they genuinely care about your well-being. Id recommend combat to family and friends.

On Friday 23 June I called Combat Force to request a vehicle to meet me at my home as I was alone. They had an emergency and said they couldnt assist me. Once I was home, they called to see if all was OK. I felt this was brilliant service! Thank you and well done Combat Force!

Never respond to an alarm signal.... Their excuse? They have 1000s of alarms so why are you even operating if you cant handle the load?

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone seeking fair service. I had my services cancelled ILLEGALLY (i.e. without any prior notice or warning) - by instruction of an owner who is a bully and operates his company by intimidation.

Employee / Owner Colin reeves is a nasty piece of work. Terrible business ethic, extremely unprofessional, and it seems from a quick look at their FB page there are many very bad reviews about Colin and Combat force.

Worse than Chubb - which is saying something. They only reason they have a few local clients is because they leverage their relationship with the local neighborhood watch. Rude, abrupt and unhelpful - and they have limited resources so dont expect prompt response when you have an emergency.

Terrible service and even worse customer service.

Our security is in your care and you dont care at all, you just want money. Colin Reeves attitude is shocking.
