I want to make use of this opportunity to once again thank Chris for the excellent service I received and his patience in answering my endless questions. I am absolutely delighted with my alarm system as it just works. From unboxing and setup right through to setting it up exactly as I want, is just a pleasure and I especially like the total control I have over the system. The arming/disarming schedules are super easy to setup and works like a charm. Geofence function has already reminded me on numerous occasions that the system was not armed after leaving the house, and of course being able to control the system from anywhere via the app is just fantastic!

Where looking for a particular item. After a few hits on the search engine i checked out all reviews and Amatrons rating looked very promising. I call them for a stock check, they were easy to talk to and helped me right away. Only problem i had i was based in PTA and they where in Capetown and it was during the civil unrest so not sure when i would get my item, but after some though considering the good feedback and the payflex option they have that makes things a bit more budget friendly is placed my order the Friday and got it the Monday. So overall excellent service from start to finish. 5 stars definitely.

Very happy with AJAX system I purchased from Amatron. The sales and after-sales service was of the highest level. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Chris Was super responsive and knowledgeable. We installed an AJAX alarm system for my Father-in-law and I was impressed how simple and effortless the installation and setup process was. The Alarm itself works really well and I would say they have thought just about everything. I really think its anti-theft /tamper or masking capabilities are a real winner!

All I can say is SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE. Amatron were incredible from the start and I have been so impressed with their quality of service. It makes a big difference when you get what you ordered, and for me I got more than that. I purchased my AJAX alarm through Amatron as they were extremely well priced, and Chris Westcotts responses to my emails were very prompt. Installation of my alarm was very straight forward and I was able to do it myself. When I had questions regarding the setup of the sensors, Chris and his team were a call away and willing to help. I look forward to dealing with Amatron in the near future as I continue to add to my AJAX alarm system.

LOVE my Ajax system! I ordered an Ajax kit on Thursday afternoon, and Amatron shipped it immediately - so it arrived the next day. It took me a few hours on Friday night to install everything.The Ajax App experience is excellent - the software is very well done. And the hardware is great quality too, much attention to detail, and high quality moulding, packaging, etc. Its more expensive than older kit like Paradox, but IMO 100% worth it. I ordered two remotes, but I hardly use them. The phone app is so convenient, I just use that to arm/disarm (from anywhere). On my previous system, I would never arm at night, but Ajax makes it super easy to setup your sensors for night mode, so my alarm is used every day now. Highly recommended.

Time for change, Paradox and all its complicated setup ,expensive continous programming, locking mothers boards,expensive subcontactors.....finaly after 10 years they out of my house.I replaced it with a Ajax sytem myself and really it was so easy.Thanks to Amatron who gave me a short demo at home and verry good delivery service. Paradox is death, long live Ajax !!!!
