Security training. Self defence and alarm trqining. Strick and fun course

I phoned them to enquire about security for my house and the lady said she would get back to me and its been almost a week now that she has not phoned. Very poor service. 👎

We closed our account with Mountain men October 2019. Unfortunately the stop order was not properly cancelled and we overpaid for 3 months after moving security companies. When we noticed this we immediately contacted Mountain Mens account department and asked for a refund. The refund was agreed on As mentioned in our telephone conversation, Allan Dillon, owner of Mountain Men, needs to sign off on this refund and he is currently in meetings for the next few days. Once I have discussed your request with him, I will revert as to when the refund will be done. months and months have now past and this still has not been done. I have send many emails and messages but have been completely ignored since.

I am always so impressed with Mountain Men Security. Thank you for all you do. When the alarm goes off and I receive a call it is always friendly and prompt, so are the visits to the house. I feel safe with Mountain Men around. Thank you. Best wishes and a happy, safe festive season to all.

Very proactive company. Reading some of the reviews, their sales team could be a better, but their contribution to making areas they cover safer is amazing. Very committed and highly efficient crime fighting team.

Ive heard so many good things about this company so I contacted them for a quote. Somebody would get back to me later that day with the quote but nothing - I called the next day, someone took my number and said someone else will get back to me, and still nothing. If this is how they deal with new potential customers then I wouldnt like to know what happens when theres an emergency. Will they even respond.
