Looking after people and saving life

HiI am very angry as Im writing this.I got at Klapmuts train station on 20.01.2016 @ 16:00, waiting for the next train service at 16:10.I asked the security lady if she has the key for the public toilet, which they usually has if the toilettes are locked. I also have to ask sometimes as if they are doing me a favour to open the toilets.The first lady got angry at me with a very bad attitude telling me toilets are out of order. The second lady just sat pretending not to hear me playing on her tablet.The lady behind the counter told me that the toilets were fixed and that the securities should open.I then asked the ladies again to please open and they blatantly ignored me.I really needed to use the toilet and got this response over public toilets.Really disgusted how these paid public service providers act.I use this daily and will monitor and post photos of them.I treat and speak to them with respect and expect the same back. I will keep on complaining / escalate / use social media until this has been rectified, cause we have enough unpleasant things going around to add these type of unnecessary crap.Quinton.
