They have no regard for your staff.They approach you saying one of your employees us being investigated for theft and gives their name.This is purely a plot to get onto your books.They have no regard for the employee who they falsely throw under the buss for their own personal gain.Highly unethical

Red Eye Risk Management and Mr Billy Jansen should be avoided at all cost.We started doing business about a year ago and what a nightmare.All the equipment they supplied never work properly and despite allowing them ample opportunity to fix it they simply couldn’t deliver a workable systemMr Jansen hides behind his sectary and does not take ownership of the problems he created.Real armatures. By using their services you will be putting your family or business at risk.

What an absolute joke. Their idea of professionalism is; drinking on the job more than getting actual work done, not complying to a 2 year agreement, not delivering stock that was paid for, and finally once they were called out on trying to sabotage a business they blocked communication with us and never returned. They have also admitted to viewing our CCTV live footage when they were off duty, purely because they have the ability to do so which is rather unsettling. Genuinely horrible people.10/10 would recommend any other company

Either this business is a scam or these guys are completely brain dead. They knowingly put our business at risk by remotely disabling our access to camera footage because they know their product is sub-par and didnt want us to cotton on to the fact that we will likely have to pay, a second time, for a product that will break in six months time again. A complete nightmare trying to get these absolute jokes out of our lives. At least theyre savvy enough to know that a public Facebook page will decimate their reputation. If you want to keep your consumer rights from being violated over and over again, definitely go with a more reputable company; these guys are just looking for the next quick pay check to fund their drinking habits.

If you use this company you will be scammed. Though everything may appear to be legitimate to anyone browsing their website, the company is run by con-artists and you will lose your money. Even giving them a single star out of five is stretching the limits of generosity.

This business is a SCAM!It was a big mistake to start working with Red Eye Risk Management. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The owner, Billy, is rude and would often show up on site while intoxicated. His employees ignored calls from us after their system failed and we needed maintenance to be done immediately. They charged us for goods that were never delivered and, when questioned on this, became aggressive, argumentative and disrespectful. When I did manage to get through to Billy (after several weeks of trying to get through to him, his employees and company landline) he refused to answer my concerns and hung up on me when my questions made him uncomfortable. He is now refusing to acknowledge our two year guarantee.Do not do business with this company.

Dont trust this company. They are the most unlikable people I have ever met. Whenever we had a problem with their cameras (which was often) they would give me attitude for calling them in to come in and fix it.
