Disappointing service. I put in a huge order for roof sheets;however, upon delivery to the requested job site, I did not recieve my 0.47 color bond sheets which amount to roughly R8000. The delivery guys firstly did not request for my foreman or an authorized person to receive items they just let a normal laborer sign. Secondly, I dont understand how their delivery operations work but to my knowledge if you book items on your delivery sheet to be delivered, then why would some still be physically missing?. If they were taken by my laborers they would need to be taken by a truck which is impossible. Furthermore, I then contacted the owner and she said that if he(my laborer) signed then she believes that I received it. Dont stock take exist with them is my question because then you would find the sheets you didnt deliver!! Lastly. I paid the company for the full order R98000, it was not my laborer that paid her, but she believed him. This company has given me such bad service.!! Dont also be fooled. Lastly she (company owner) now wants me to pay for the sheets THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR AND DID NOT GET again!! Extremely unhappy.

PATHETIC Service. I Purchased material for 3 new house. Materials were delivered a week later than promised. Material calculated incorrectly. I ran out of roof sheets and screws before the last house was completed. Office never admits there mistakes and try to shift blame to clients. DisgustingI WILL NEVER USE ROOFTECH AGAIN.USE YOUNGMAN ROOFING
