Shocking products. Bought a brand new inky cartridge less than a year ago and after only one refill, it packed up. Was told that by assistant in shop that they were having problems with these cartridges, but the manager or owner said I must buy a new one, they do not replace or refund any cartridge after first refill.So take not of this if ever considering to buy anything from Inky. Fat over R300 for a cartridge, I feel this is totally shocking. Her best advise for me is to go buy ink cartridge elsewhere....probably best advise she could give me.

I found the service good. Cartridge refilled and ready when collected 30 minutes later.

Really shocking service and failure to deliver. They dont care about their customers.
