I always refill here and the end of 2019 I baught their generic L cartridge as advice by their sales lady. End August this year I took it to be refilled for the 1st time but only to get home and it not to work. All they did for me is tell me I can have refill or a spare if they have (they did not) They are not willing to give me a new generic for free because they say it is not their problem if the chip blow or something. I paid almost R300 for it and only used it for one cycle. The day before I took it to be refilled it still work perfectly so after they filled it the chip broke but they claim not their problem? Will not return there or advice any of my friends to go there.
