Dry, overcooked and bland. Everytime we order online the experience is not great with long wait times and pizza being very bland.If rather order at Italian Oven, Romans or First Base next time.

Horrible. If youre looking for good pizza, do not order here. I usually dont mind Debonairs, but this one is awful. This was easily the worst pizza Ive ever eaten. It was stale and burnt and it only arrived 2 hours after the order was placed (not the first time this happened). I tried the call centre, but actually getting in touch with someone takes even longer than the deliveries. I will not be ordering here ever again. I hope it is replaced with a better restaurant that actually respects its customers. If I could, Id give it a 0/5.

This is pathetic service. Ordered at 18:00 and tried calling to find out where my order is as I am waiting for delivery at 19:20. After cal number 6 the call center finaly answered just toend the call after my enquiry. 19:55 the guy stops here with the pizza. One of the pizzas was completely miss formed. Almost no toppings and cold. Disgusted..... Absolutely Pathetic.

Extremely poor service. They called order 114. When I enquiried about my order 110....they forgot to place the order. Dont know what their excuse is....they are not even buzy. Waited 30min.

Ordered pizza on the Debonairs app, watched them deduct the money from my bank account and then the delivery order stopped working, the app said the store was offline and it was placed after 5pm... Within lockdown regulations... More than enough time before closing. No refund received either... Please fix this...

Just ordered 3 pizzas, toppings are hardly seen just here and there, wont be ordering at Debonairs again.

Called in order to collect. Waited probably 5minutes. Quick service and friendly staff. Food is always delicious

Apart from loadshedding which has been conveniently following me around, the staff are very friendly as I engaged in some conversations with one, as I waited for my Pizza. Its a thumbs up!

They dont seem to know how communication normally works. Calls an hour after a order has been placed to tell me the oven was broken. Bruh? Pizza is good tho but damn waiting 2 hours for n delivery is just weak.

Debonairs Tygervalley was a disappointment. Went to get a triple decker my husband and I , didnt open it on the way, only to get home and realize it was burnt on the edges and the top. Definitely not the lekker triple decker that I know.. Was a waste. Word of advice.. Check your pizza before leaving to make sure its up to standard and u are satisfied.

Over two hours and counting - no info, no feedback, called several numbers several times. Will be following up with head office. Can understand a delay of up to an hour, however this is insane without informing clients. I guess the food will never arrive.

Third time ordering from this restaurant.. Third time the food is VERY late.. I dont recommend

They always on point with there pizza. Need something was and on the move. Go to Debonairs Pizza they will give quality pizza.

I am so disappointed in Debonairs tygervalley mall my wife and I decided to have the triple Dekker for 149.00 the meaty pizza it was mostly base the toppings on it u could hardly see it on there it was put on so thinly and the pizza was so dry I had the triple Dekker before and this one come not even close to the ones I had never again will I waists my hard earned mony like this I am very disappointed

Wish I could have give a lower rating. Worst service ever. Was shouted at via the phone after I called to find out where my order was 60 min later. Another 15 min after that the order arived cold and it wasnt the full order. Asked the driver to tell the manager to call me back but nothing has happened.Please never go to this shop.

Order number 198 deliverd at 2110hrs. driver refused with slip and insisted on telling me the price. we argued for about 2 mins then he gave me the slip and i paid. this driver was very rude that he even called me wen he arrived on my cell and he said Hey were are you. i reallyfelt disrespected as a paying customer. we need friendly people delivering to our homes.
