So I made use of the service of Justin Lai and Optic Impressions whom on my wedding day did an excellent job in capturing my wife and myself special day. It took around 5 months for me to get my wedding albums and photos from him. Eventually upon receiving it, all the photos which was included in the package were not loaded onto my CD which he provided. I received no black and white photos as his package contained and photos were missing!! I then contacted him to inform him of this. He said no problem, he will sort it out. I have tried contacting him on various platforms eg. phone calls, sms, facebook, email, commenting on his blog and yet he has provided no response, instead he has blocked myself and my wife off his facebook account, he has changed numbers (or blocked me, not sure) he does not respond to facebook inbox messages nor does he reply to our texts. I am at a complete loss for words as to his poor and pathetic after sales service. I paid this man R9500 and yet I do not have all that I paid and signed for. I would just like to urge anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer to please think twice before using OPTIC IMPRESSIONS. I am utterly DISGUSTED in the way that he is dealing with me and blatantly ignoring me! It is nearly a year later!!
