Cape Towns hidden gem! A friend, who bought his own kids cameras from these guys, bought my daughter a refurbished Nikon camera for her birthday and I went to fetch it in-store (with my excited daughter in tow!)The selection and purchasing was all done remotely as said friend lives far away. I ordered a camera on line only to be told that the camera I ordered was sold in the shop shortly before I placed the order online. The sales team were very apologetic about it. A few days later I received an email form them advising that they had received in stock another camera. I bought the camera. To have a business show the kind of customer service that I received is unheard of. To have a company actually come back to you when they said they would is mind blowing. As someone who teaches customer service, they are doing what a company should be doing in keeping customers happy and more importantly keeping customers. Even though I live in Johannesburg and they are in Cape Town if you need anything related to photography go to them.

Having always referred people to them , I somehow never managed to get there until today. A very knowledgeable and helpful bunch of people, and fantastic stock levels, with an eagerness to order any bits should you need something in special or quirky.Their 2nd stuff is also in good nick and very well priced.I will definitely be making the drive to the nothern suburbs again.

As a novice and inexperienced person when it gets to cameras, I had a lot of doubt finding someone who will be able to assist finding/identifying the correct camera for what I would like to achieve. The service was fantastic - and this is not the first time. I contacted them in the afternoon after 2pm, ordered a lens and did an EFT. They called back the courier (who had already collected goods for dispatch) and by 5pm I had the waybill. The lens arrived by 4pm the following day - and this was an outlying area. Significantly fast! They are brilliant, and their couriers are too - nothing is too much trouble. The lens of course is perfect. Well done!
