Still waiting for my husbands Discovery health assessment to be loaded to his profile since test on 20/4/2021. Phoned to please correct this oversight a week ago and still nothing. The sister even asks you questions while taking your blood pressure reading. Totally dissatisfied and will definately not go back there.

Phoned in advance for iron testing at the clinic- front of shop advises that they do do this and no appointment necessary. Lug my sick child out of bed to go there only to find they don’t do iron testing. So annoying. Educate your staff.

Small pharmacy, friendly and very helpful staff. No long queues such as the pharmacies in the big shopping malls. They also have a good selection of other healthcare as well as small gift items. Parking is a bit of a struggle as they are on a main road.

A very nice pharmacy offering short queues for prescriptions and over the counter medication. You will also find a good selection of gift ideas, make up and other interesting items. This store is situated on a main road with limited parking outside. The store is wheelchair accessible

Amazing amazing amazing service.I was practically dead on my feet with flu and was trying to track down a prescription for my also sick daughter. No-one had any idea about her prescription and I was ready to throw in the towel after trawling around town for ages chasing down dead ends ... there was really no reason for the staff to help me since I mentioned to them I couldnt come back regularly since my medical aid plan didnt give me the same discount with them. Nonetheless, they spent about 30 minutes tracking down every option they could and eventually got the paeds personal number, phoned her (kept it confidential from me, so no violation of privacy here), and got her to confirm the script details. My daughter got her medication and I got to fall asleep in a nice warm bath that night :)

Worked at this pharmacy for 1 year as a pharmacy assistant staff gives amazing service to clients and the clients becomes family to the store they sell all the amazing products would recommend anyone to that store.🙂

I have always relied on this pharmacy but they have now let me down. i was desparate for some medication which they promised to deliver. they said the delivery guy was just out on a delivery and would then be on his way with my order. however, 3 hours later.. i phoned to be told that the delivery guy was only now heading out of his delivery because he had had to go to the bank and other places. in the meantime i had already had to ask a friend to go and buy the same product somewhere else!
