I am happy to part of this pharmacy, all young and friendly people. Today I had a very bad experience with Mariska De Wit at self medication section, I ask a simple question and the reply I got was very sarcastic. I was blown away by her rudeness.What happened toCustomer service?

Friendly service with working assistance in all isles and self medication line goes quickly and they are extremely friendly and helpful.

One star doesnt describe the humiliation experienced, I am disgusted in the level of service received. My girlfriend asked one of the staff members a simple question thrice Where do I go for the clinic services she was not answered , the staff member then started being rude for no reason , my girlfriend then walked away and said the customer service is pathetic. Thereafter the staff member followed her and started insulting her infront of everyone, telling her next time she should not walk away from someone (even though she could not even take the time to deliver basic customer service, but is exceptional at harassing a customer). Being the better person my girlfriend left the store, the staff member came running out shouting and trying to start a fight the supervisor had to literally pull her to stop. She had no apparent reason for acting the way she did, is this really the type of people you employ. Does she realize the customer actually pays her salary? This is unacceptable and will definitely be taken further

Stating you close at 7 but having the doors closed before then is not ok, even if it is only 2 or 3 minutes.

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for the last 15+ years as my doctor is right round the corner and I have always had great service. There are ample staff to assist you, the staff are super helpful and very friendly. I will not change pharmacies for anything.

Staff is friendly & always ready to help me find whatever I need - the prescription line has a reasonable wait time & is never ridiculously long (I am very often there as my husband frequently gets repeat scripts). The non-prescription line is pretty much the same. I love that they have a baby clinic - it makes things easier having an appointment for my babys vaccinations. I also managed to get my own vaccination there when my doctor discovered I didnt have any antibodies to ward off measles. I get my birth control here as well. On most occasions I am assisted almost immediately. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone, especially moms.

The pharmacy is convenient. Closes a bit to early for my liking.

This has been my go to pharmacy for 5 years, until recently, I have always requested no claims to be put through my medical aid, but for the last 6 months they have not done this, how many have they done this too? Few emails requesting them to do so, they promising they will yet still no claims submitted, then they dont responsed to my emails afterwards - bad customer service and not happy at all, will take my future prescriptions to support another pharmacy who will listen to my request.

They close at seven, says the website. Walked all the way down there, got there by six and as I wanted to enter, the man said they are closed. He closed the door in my face. Refused to help me. I will never visit them again. They are not the only pharmacy in Kuilsrivier.

Two racist colored workers who were standing at the door literally told me I cant go in because of load shedding. Now thats not a problem, if load shedding results in customers not being allowed in I dont mind. What baffles me though is that as I was stepping out of my car to walk in the pharmacy a colored lady was let in, I follow behind her they shut the door in my face. Now we closed is their excuse. I walk away and sit in my car parked right next to the door, they allow a white couple and two colored ladies to walk in after me.I am sick and tired of this racist, rude, unfair treatment from people that think they are above you because of the color of your skin. These two idiots see me standing outside and yet they still continue to do this nonsense and disregard the way they treated me. When I call in to the store another lady tells me to walk in and talk to them myself because she cant do anything. Ridiculous.

Pharmacists always friendly!

Good and friendly staff...but my partner has been assaulted in front of the pharmacy (someone trying to steal phone and wallet) and exactly a week later my partners car was broken into in front of the store. Please be careful.

Safe and efficient service.

Normally they very semi milertin... on Friday the 11th(got there at 12h10) i waited nearl an hour 15min with my sick and fevered 1 year old.Eventually (13:36) i got news that my wifes script was ordered, but would be ready either later that evening ( delivery would be arranged) or early the Saturday morning... Sunday at 11h40 i called... my wife had suffered without those meds the entire weekend...Long story short... i had to ask for a refund... and no explanation or we are sorry we messed up... nothing!
