On arriving at Cliffs Optique for a special eye test as i have limited vision namely 40 and 20% in each eye, i was greeted at reception with a friendly and caring smile that eased my tension immediately.Due to Cliffords patience i was not feeling rushed at all. The eye testing equipment and all surfaces were thoroughly sanitised before use. Clifford was not only very thorough and professional performing the eye tests but also portrays a genuine care for me as a person with a disability which made me realise that he will walk that extra mile with my unique needs to improve my vision. I had a very positive experience at Cliffs Optique. Clifford tested my eyes in a very professional and thorough way. It was also great to see that he sanitised every machine before using it during the test -- other opticians dont do that even during this Covid pandemic.

Cliffs Optique – what a fantastic experience, from the warm welcome upon arrival straight through to the friendly and professional appointment with Clifford. Being a single mom with a son who has a Fear of drs and is shy when it comes to interactions – Clifford conducted a very thorough eye examination and was very professional in his approach. My son loved him and even allowed him to try and place contact lenses into his eye…with lots of laughs and no luck with the contact lenses, we still walked away happy clients with the perfect fit frame. Cliffs Optique comes highly recommended for young and old.
