Very pleasant experience. The optometrist Roshni Cockburn was a darling in explaining everything during the eye examination and the patience she portrayed in answering all our questions was phenomenal.Also thank you to Bruce Southgate for his assistance in helping me choose my frame.

The most amazing service and staff! I recently moved to Cape Town and was nervous to find a new optometrist as I have had a terrible experience in the past, however the staff at this branch were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. In addition to wonderful staff and great service, the COVID protocols are well done and ensure that all patients feel safe. Well done, cant wait to visit again.

What an amazing experience at Specsavers Kenilworth today! It all started with a friendly phone call yesterday confirming my appointment for this morning. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly good morning, and being treated to the awesome pandemic hygiene protocols in place. Everything gets sanitised...my specs fell off my lap onto the floor and it was kindly taken away by Quentin to be sanitised! The pre-exam was explained and conducted. Then I went to see Shan, the optometrist whose gentle voice was so calming. Her attention to detail during the consultation was astounding. Then it was off to the dispenser Quentin who assisted with choosing a frame and explaining again in detail the quotation, and everything else, from comparative pricing to pros and cons of different shades of tinting. I am in awe of the staffs knowledge and customer service. Thank you, Specsavers Kenilworth!🤗
