Zetler Pharmacy and Health Shop is a store where you are welcomed with a team of really clued-up staff. This store supplies nutritional supplements, immune boosters, healthy food products, and there is a nurse available on Tuesdays and Fridays.There is also an in-store nutritional therapist at Zetler, that can answer all your medical questions. I found this by chance, via a friend’s word of mouth; and even though its on the other side of Cape Town from where I live, its in Gardens, I would still travel all the way to Zetler to make sure that I buy my products and get what I need there. The advice I have received from the team behind the counter on a question I had, has been so helpful. I just absolutely love going there because I know that if I have queries, concerns, or questions, it will be answered by the team. And when the team do not have answers for you or the product you need, they also make a plan to order in. The team here also have amazing phone etiquette, as I know because I first dealt with them on the phone – that great experience was the reason I later popped into the store! Phone etiquette really makes such a difference in customer service.Definitely worth popping in! Sometimes parking can be a problem, so I normally just park up the road.

Zetlers pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies in Cape Town. The staff is always friendly and exceptionally helpful, especially when you are sick and need medication delivered. They are true experts in the field of medicine, always providing great advice. I will continue to recommend Zetlers - thank you for your great service!

Mom (82) had an horrific fall, breaking her jaw etc. heading toward the pharmacy. Although closing time, two young lady employees came to the rescue. They assisted, nothing was too much for them. Because of them, I could leave my mom there, run back to the hotel to bring the car and take her to Capetown Mediclinic Emergency, also suggested by them. We are from Durban not knowing the area either. Good Samaritans is an understatement. We will never forget you and cannot express our gratefulness to you.
