How on earth can you be called back 3 times to have a Covid19 test done. With the virus at its worst in Western Cape then you still have incompetence at a first class institution like this. Trauma for the patient and family. Shocking

I was at pathcare on 04 July for covid testing, I received my results 4 days later after phoning several times to enquire. I heard people go to the state clinics , get tested for free and receive their results the next day.....now how does that make sense...R850 for 4 days of anxiousness...pathcare you should really work on your turn around time..you could save people so much less stress and also contribute to less infections!

Great service, very efficient and rather friendly staff.

Service a bit strange on the way in as its not clear where the queue starts. My big issue was that I needed my results in English as requested on the form and as made clear by the print out from the consulate where I was applying for a visa. Results came in Afrikaans (ok fine, we all make mistakes) but this took over 24 hours to fix and I had an appointment with the consulate to submit my visa application. So the service was only so-so although the results were fast and the techs themselves were brilliant and friendly!

The worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received, will never ever bring our baby here again .I am leaving with my baby without any success in getting blood.Had to pay before they could draw blood from our baby.No success and now I struggle to get my money back.How on earth could this happen.
