Hereby I would like to THANK Dr SWARTS as well as ALL staff for great service at Strand Clinic!!! I really think patients should just be more patient and understand that all staff and Doctors work under pressure.. Im very impressed with GREAT SERVICE

The service is so poor here, they take very long to answer a patient. The sisters are just doing there thing. U came 6:30 u left 12pm you still have to come back next time to see d doctor.

Horrible, disgrace. The manager of this clinic should be fired and be ashamed.

Attendant on the phone had an attitude & seemed less interested and impatient before even getting the details of my enquiry.

I just call to hear if anyone can look at me in my dads leather when he has to pick up his pills because he lost his clinic card and so I am put back and forth and so I am put through again after the reception and is told Im going to have to come in and ugly said they can not help me its not acceptable where are the days we just went the extra mile. Now I really have to go in to just find out a date. Thats ridiculous man.
