Only sent the COVID test 48 hours after collection of the sample. When I called this morning they said they had not received the results yet. Turns out they only sent it off this morning.I called Pathcare and they said they only received this morning and it is going to be another 24 hours at least. Terrible service and the receptionist has me phoning a myriad of numbers to find out the status where she could have been honest and told me they neglected to send the test on Saturday.Very disappointed in the service of the clinic all around.

I was in the waiting room and a person, obviously in great distress, came in. Ive been a patient there for many years, but I was absolutely blown away by the way this person was treated. Every single staff member interacted with him, showing that they really cared. Ive always known this was a great place but it was good to be reminded that some medical professionals are truly compassionate. At Medicross, Fish Hoek, patients are not just numbers. Thank you.

Efficient ladies at the front desks as they all seem to assist each other. Our Dr is really great, but substitutes Dr available when needed , which is awesome.
