Receptionist is super friendly and welcoming. The assistant nurse also does a wonderful job when preparing you to see the DR. Dr Ahmed has to be the most gentle Dr. Highly recommend it

The GoodCare MediCentre will further claim from your medical aid even after consultation. The reception will give you attitude about that. And what’s worse is they are not transparent about fees you have to pay upfront so when they see medical aid they think they’ve scored. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Doggy place by the way!!

They arent the most friendly people to include the doctor but they get the job done.

Went to the center to see a GP on the 29 of October I was told I cant be seen by the Dr because they close at 4pm mind you the time was 3:52pm. The African lady told me to make an appoint for tomorrow rather, I made for 1pm since it will be my lunch. She told me the Dr will be on lunch as well and will come back at 1:30, that was fine with me because my lunch is until 2pm and I reported from work that I might come back late from lunch. On my arrival I was told unfortunately the Drs lunch is until 2pm, this time I was assisted by a colored male, I asked him if I can make 4pm appointment he said cool. I arrived at 3:40pm and the gentleman said I cant be assisted, I thought he forgot I was there earlier I then reminded him that I was there a d he said its fine I can come he denied it and continued being busy on the phone ignoring me while I stood in front of him showing him that its not 4pm yet. The African lady that assisted me yesterday said she just asked Dr Scailer if she/he can assist me, but she refused because they dont get paid after 4pm. I asked why they say they close at 4pm if they dont allow people in. Bad service ever!!! 😡😡

Very good doctors, helpful staff. just know that doctor comes only at 10am and it gets busy. beside that, high five

I must say that I am very nervous when it comes to the Dentist, Dr Salie gave me very good and professional service, he made me feel comfortable, I did not evens know that I was at the dentist. I will recommend him any time!!!

I went to see the doctor which was very helpful, Dr Cossa. I was then sent for xray of which I was told by the radiologist that the dr will receive the xray and will contact me. I then called the centre to inquire when I will get my results and was advised from the receptionist that the dr do not call you back you have to come in. When I asked him if I could make an appointment he said no the doctor is there till 4pm. I said ok Ill be there before 3. When I asked him if I will wait like a patient waiting for the dr he said no so Im only coming in for results. When I arrived there at 14:30, he tells me I have to come back in the morning as the dr is to full and they not taking anymore people. So when I asked why I was told I could come in before 4pm did he not tell me it wouldnt be possible, he just shrugged it off. What if I was coming from home and wanted all the time to travel to town and money wasted? They should really fix their service in the health sector. Luckily I work in town, but I still had to take time to go there for nothing.

I didnt even want to give Goodcare medicentre one star, but anyway..I have never experienced such horrible service from a medical practice before. Aisha the so called nurse was extremely rude and horrible, leaving me feeling uncomfortable, no way of speaking, sour face. You guys should really be ashamed to take money from people while giving them such ghastly treatment.Whoever is reading this review, do yourself a favour and please do not visit this practice, run for the hills :)Like seriously, DONT GO :)

The worse doctor you can ever go to. Unfriendly and never explains anything. Get irritated when you ask questions and doesnt care at all. If you dont want to have a bad consultation dont come here at all
