Worst service, very slow at dispensery, was there not once when people walked out. This place needs to optimize their way of working daily and with customers, shocking

Slowest dispensary Ive ever come across. Its quicker to drive to another pharmacy.

Waited in the queue for the dispensary for 25 minutes and was eventually helped only to be told that my medical aid had insufficient funds... which was far from possible. Went to DisChem and was helped in 10 minutes. Also phoned to find out if an iron test could be done at the clinic, but the staff could not help me... only nursing staff, but they were busy. Dischems clinic had a receptionist and helped me immediately with my request.

Poor service and bad attitude of staff. The ladies in this store have no way of dealing with people and are quite ignorant as pharmacists. Use Discem or Clicks.

I was outside the pharmacy at 19h50 and they would not let me in! The closing time was 20h00.
