Honestly, i feel like the staff working there feels like that clinic belongs to them and that they can do as they please...Last time i was there it was raining...They made patients stand outside in that cold and rain with no shade ...i was feeling so sorry for the older patients. Like what is happening to our health facilities? instead of treating people like actual people with some respect and dignity, we are treated like animals. They dont have time to help people on time but they have time to be rude and up and down with patients when they are being told when they wrong. Honestly, patient rights is overlooked at this big huge ice cold building.

I am changing the rating from 5 to 1. The reception messed up my appointment dates, I try to call them they never pick up any calls. What is the use of having a phone line if you are not going to use it!!!

I have been trying to see the psychiatrist for 5 months but she is either unavailable, or has just not arrived on the day of our appointments. When I finally arrived for the appointment at 12 yesterday, she was an hour late. I had to wait 4 hours while plenty of other people (who came later than me) were allowed to see her first. By the time it was finally my turn, she told me that I would just have to come in a different day. The clinic had already closed so I would not even be able to get my medication.I have a job. I came specifically because I needed to get my medication. As soon as possible.I made plans, and Ive come in today to get the medication, after waiting an additional hour, I have just been told that I need to have a blood test for a medication that I have been on for 5 years. FOR THE FIRST TIME. This should have been communicated to me yesterday when The doctor put me on the medication. Not the pharmacist after wasting my time. The lack of communication and disrespect for the patients at the facility is horrendous. I understand that the staff are over worked but it is completely unacceptable for the staff to lack the basic skill of communicating with each other and us.For those of us with chronic conditions who have to collect our medication regularly, this sort of service can be incredibly detrimental to our health.I know that the staff are human, but you need to respect the patients as humans too.

Me and a group of others could not be tested for covid before the end of the day, so we were given forms allowing us to come in and be assisted before anyone else at 8am the next day. We all arrive, and we are told our forms are meaningless and to queue once again after already having waited hours the previous day for nothing. Disappointing service, false promises and no care shown by any of the nurses!

I had my stitches removed at the baby clinic and fainted afterwards. I must say when I woke there were 3 extra nurses in the room and a doctor as well and I was only out for a couple of seconds. My husband and I were very impressed because I was taken care of so quickly and efficiently. So thank you to Nurse Wiener, Nurse Snyders and Doctor Schubert as well as the other nurses in the baby clinic.

Very disappointing how the German female Dr. treats her patients. You wait all morning to helped, go through all the procedures just to be chased away to a private Dr. We as a community want to be treated fairly. She is disrespectful and in my opinion she can go and start her own practice from home instead of being put up with poor community. This hospital lacks empathy and respect towards its patients. Why even bother being in our community if you treat the community with such disrespect? Leave i say...

I have tried to make an appointment by using the contact phone number listed, but I end up listening to an electronic prompt that makes me hold indefinitely for an operator as I dont know any of the phone extensions. I later tried looking up the extensions but could not find anything online. There is also no information of opening and closing times online(only a document on extended times with no actual times listed). This means that my best bet is to go personally to the centre and spend up to R120(going and coming) in transport fees to make an appointment and then another R120 to actually get a check up. The previous statement made under the assumption that when I arrive at the centre, it is open. I do not have a choice to try somewhere closer at the moment, as I was specifically referred to the centre from the Wellness Clinic in my University.I increased my rating after getting through on a weekday. I then found out the working hours and put it up so people dont have to struggle like I did.

The people who work at the windows where you fetch the folders, downstairs, are extremely incompetent and have the nerve to be rude, too. Like how? At least do your job properly if you are going to have an attitude.

First of all it takes for ever to get through via telephone, and secondly, every nurse on duty doesnt seem to know anything. We have been told to find another hospital if we dont like coming there. Also, everything seems to be funny or laughable. It is ridiculous that a place that actually needs to help the community, doesnt seem to be interested in the care of patients who need dire help! Thought the new hospital would be more updated, better stocked and more efficient. However, that doesnt seem to be the case at all! I know this will fall on deaf ears, but anyway... I was forced to put one star.

So my mom comes crying to me this afternoon. an appointment date for 16/08/2018 at 8 was given to her she gets there and informed no pap smear is done on Thursdays. Ok right they give her todays date which is 18/09/2018 for 8:00. She sits there for hours and 13:10 a coloured sister informs her that shes going to lunch and she will not be doing the pap smear after lunch either and my mom must come on Thursday, after you said pap smears are not done on a Thursday. Guys what kind of service is this? Or rather what game are you playing. Why waste her time again and again? My mother was crying because of your wack service!!! Nooooo guys nooooo.
