PATHETIC SERVICE. JUST BECAUSE ITS A GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL, DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULDNT CARE. A LOCUM WAS ON DUTY. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL. WHILST IN CONSULTATION WITH ME, VERY LAID BACK, LOOKS LIKE HE HAD TO BE THERE, NEVER SHOWED ANY INTEREST.NEVER DID A CHECK UP, JUST SAT THERE, SAYING, I WILL REWRITE YOUR SCRIPT. RECEPTION IS RUDE, NO MANNERS, LAEEQAH HAS NO MANNERS. THINKS SHE OWNS THE PLACE. THE MEDICATION WAS REPEATED INCORRECTLY BY THIS LOCUM. NOT NICE

I was very impressed by how nurse Mckenzie handles her patients,ever since i started going to Goodwood clinic she has been the best,she is so kind and she makes you feel at home.

I am not sure if this clinic has specific individuals that they cater to and the rest of us are unfortunate. The situation in there really makes me sad. Where can i file formal complaint . My brother still has not received his medication being moved back and forth and his situation is critical. Last time just to have them pay attention to hm i had to book leave and go with him. Same thing is happening this month moved from pillar to post and no one cares if something happens to that child they will have to share the consequences. He is now with medicationfor a month. Totally unacceptable. Im not going there again for the 5th time were can we lodge a complaint.

I wish it had a minus 1 or maybe minus10. My dad comes for his monthly chronic meds. Yes, its covid but there are OTHER medical issues as well. My dad sat for 3 hours for them to just call him to go wait inside. Because the nurses messed up because they did not listen to us. I heard them loud and clear as to which box he needed to put his card in, but they fkd it up. Old people sitting outside in cold and rain. I feel so sorry for the people sitting outside in the cold. And YES, nurses are overwhelmed, but go take out your anger issues and attitude with Management than the old and sickly. They dont need your attitude, they need assistance.

Arrive at 7am waiting for.meds the entire day ! They have no systems , no courtesy , unhelpful , bad communication skills ! By far the worst day hospital in Cape Town !

I was very scared and sceptical about public services.From the first day I came here , everything was clear. The sisters are very nice. I would like to give a special thanks to sister Jonathan, she is an angel and has such a good heart.Patient and understanding. I wish I gave her a gift.Since its public and free , expect a lot of people there.Hence,arrive two hours before your appointment. Simple!

I made 2 appointments and i was not helped. Staff lied in my face that my number is wrong but i use the same number even now. Whoever is supposed to call patients need to be disciplined they are not doing thier job.

Im very disappointed that the front desk turned me away because of a proof of address. This is many reasons we fall pregnant and dont know our status because help is not available they see your Surname then ask for address. Im very upset

I went there today at pass 11 to 12. Feeling numbness on the left side of the body. I wasnt assisted. This other lady told me that I should have came at 7, imagine at 7 I was okay not feeling any pain. Do I have to wake up and go to clinic even when Im not feeling any pain??? I even told the lady that Im feeling pain she said I must go back and come tomorrow. The clinic close at 4:30pm but I was told to go home at 11. Some coloured people who were behind me were assisted. This is breaking my heart. Im home now stuck feeling pain .

Some staff are so rude. They not very helpfull

Worst clinic Ive ever been to. Today was the 3rd time my file was misplaced. Waited patiently from 7 to 11 am. Lady in room 1 was rude and incompetent. Id rather go to a private clinic and pay than deal with rude nurses in goodwood. Thanks to the manager on duty and the lady in window 4 who assisted. I wont be going back there EVER!

Unfriendly receptionist colored guy...for the second time coming and not feeling well, desparately needed to do PAPSMEAR and I was told I should have came at 7 the nurse is sending people home. The funny part is that coloreds and whites get better treatment compared to blacks.

Awesome, compassionate staff and friendly service! They make u feel as if u r paying thousands for something they are providing free! Highly reccomend!

The most unfriendly ppl, the SR that work in room 2 is so rude and unprofessional, I was there this morning and she said that she dont care if a person came in at 4 o clock or at 6 we as pasients will wait for our turn to be called. I sat until 10 and still my name wasnt called. But ppl that came long after me was called and was finished already. Im a nurse myself and came from night shift, and need to work nights as well. I have a very bad kidney infection and thought they would help ppl fasts. I rather die than ever go there again.

They were fast and caring as compared to the Brooklyn one

Of course they do their job but they also ignore patients and chit chat third personals. Also always short staffed.

Well done, its hard, but you do an excellent job. 👍
