The staff at the actual branch are great. The central accounts department however are a problem. They are rude and incapable. I was sent a letter of demand six days after my last visit. If you dont have a medical aid they wont let you past the front desk without paying cash. After wasting my time with a series of rude emails I was told to scan and send back the receipt for the payment I had made. A simple thank you for helping them sort out their own own admin mess would have been in order, but after proof of payment was sent and a few days passed, Ive had to ask whether the matter is now sorted. But of course no answer. I guess some people were just brought up with no manners....

The nurse who drew the blood, played on her cell phone. Without ever washing her hands, she rubbed the area with her unwashed fingers, looking for a vein, then swabbed once, but again rubbed repeatedly over the area with her unwashed hands, looking for the vein. Extremely defensive and selfrighteous when this was mentioned. In addition, had a huge haematoma where the blood was drawn.
