All 3 doctors are incredible doctors, wonderful people and excellent at what they do. Never been happier. Been with them for 5 years now.

They are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The doctors knows what they are doing and put your interest first. You are not just another patient, you are their patient.

Have to agree with Elizna... That one elderly receptionist has a bad attitude and seems unable to feign friendliness. My family love Dr. Louw and Dr. Marais (5 stars for them) but that one receptionist makes you feel so unwelcome and ignores you when you address her... We all have bad days but she seems to always have a bad day. We may look for another gp too... Plus copayments are annoying.

I have never been to any other dr or medical facility before. Dr Louw has been my dr always. I have never been more happy until today. The receptionist had an attitude and pushed me for an consult for no reason. I spoke to friends that also go there and they said the same thing. This service was truly awful i hope it will change for the next time otherwise I will have to start looking for another gp. Would be really sad to have to go to anyone else.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing people became part of our family.

Good doctors especially Dr Louw, dont like the copayment which is there regardless of whether you are on a medical aid or not.

My Mom had a warty growths on her leg (which was then skin cancer) cut out in the consulting room. She did not feel the injections at all. 15 stitches. Getting well. The bleeding was small with the cutting / burning device with which it was done.
