Shocking service from the dentist practice they not professional highly recommended you avoid. The receptionist is probably the nastiest person I have felt with. They don’t answer the phone they don’t return your calls they are only interested in what they can bill to medical aid amd not at all in the patients very ugly experience.

Drs Ramkilawan, Vink and Ferreira have been 3 the best GP’s I’ve had in my adult life. And I’ve had many since being born with chronic issues. Medicross is my go to place. They listen, ask pertinent questions and try to help you find the most affordable options for certain things. (Dr Vink) Hope they stay there for a long time yet.

My sincere gratitude to Dr E Ferreira, she saved my daughters life.She called a specialist and requested that they admit her immediately as she was in a bad shape.Emergency surgery was performed and I can safely say she is still in ICU but very much alive.Thank you Doc🙏🙏 keep saving more lives.

Worst experience! I do not recommend. Best to arrive an hour or two later than your appointment because if you are on time youll be told the doctor is running late.

Most pathetic heartless place in Cape town. My 60 year old mother who desperately needs her anti depression medication would not be helped because its too late (12 in the afternoon Saturday) I picked her up defeated and in tears. Shame on you.

This place is either closed or not answering calls during proper working hours! Im sick of it. They clearly state open on both the website and the switchboard answering machine but then do not take calls and state closed. This is a place of medicine and people need medical assistance! Its not like I want a burger and the places are closed, I have a dental emergency and am in extreme pain! Other places are open and they arent medical. Im sick of table View medicross. Ive called before having my appointments canceled. Something must be done about the management of this place.

Simply bad! I was a patient there for more than two years, it never was never good. My husband was also a patient there. They let me wait much too long, it was very uncomfortable and the worse was Dr. David. Dr. David gave wrong information to the medical aid and I got problems because of that. He made wrong diagnostics and gave me wrong medication. Than another time I had a appointment with Dr. Ferreira, she let me wait 50 minutes even though I told them, that I cannot wait for a serious reason. We had only bad experience with medical cross Table View. My husband also was treated wrong by Dr. David. My husband is a diabetic and got serious problems.We both would never go there again. It doesnt make any sense to go to medi cross, rather go to a good doctor which really has an idea what he does. This medical centre has so many patients, that theydont care about things anymore, they are arrogant and unable.

Reception staff are not friendly and very unhelpful. Just stare at you...you don’t know if they are busy or ready for you...Nurses and doctors are great.Some of the complaints on here are from people who expect more than what they want to pay for! And want services for free and the staff to bypass legal procedures such as giving repeat prescriptions without seeing the patient...

Waited 40min to see a Dr only to be told that the Dr had left for the day. Not one person in reception told me that she had left when I arrived for my appointment nor did anyone bother to contact me before the time.

If it wasnt for the incredible service from the drs and nurses i would give them a 1 starThe process to get an appointment is where medicross has terrible services.U need ample airtime and patience to get through via the telephone and then wait atleast 3 more days before u see a dr coz appointments are mixed upbor they cant find u on the system

After seeing Dr Bruwer for the 3rd time im still happy with the service he gave me. Making effort into giving you peace of mind and staying positive regardless the situation. On the contrary the pharmacy had let me down this time for letting me que for 20 minutes. The ticket system is basicly just a paper exercise and does not appear to be of any use. The pharmacist assistant though was very friendly and caring. Two people left the que for not wanting to wait longer.

Worst experience with Dr Briers. When a Dr tells you your pain is all in the head, that makes one wonder if he is still fit to practice ..... He recons having blood in your stool is normal just because it is a viral infection. I was taught that blood in your stool should be a concern and should be checked out. Extremely disappointed

I have been with these doctors for 34 years. Trying to get a repeat script. U must go in . Fee R470. A tlphonics script R400. Ridiculous. A script fee last month was R60. Definitely changing doctors

The dentist was friendly however my dentures didnt last long. My previous set was much cheaper and lasted 8 years. This set didnt even last 6 months. Definitely wont go back to them.

Love all the doctors and staff but the telephone lines are a nightmare. They need an upgrade or at least 2 dedicated receptionist to answer and make appointments. To make a doctors app I need to push 2 for doctors numerous times. Yes they have implemented a book online but there are other queries people have that are not booking related which need to be answered by a telephone line. We pay enough per consultation to warrant the change.

Always willing to help when they can. Great service and friendly staff. Everyone makes a great team together. Just feel you mustnt loose your touch with the patients with regards to time. Respect the time you have with your patients and dont chase the time on. As this is a big problem with doctors now a days.

Very helpful, dont like the fact I have to pay for revisits. Wheelchair accessible, clean facilities, friendly staff.Used the dentist, wow amazing, definitely my dentist for the next lifetime.

So I have called in just to inquire if they accept Momentum OCSAcare medical aid been through to 3 people which no one could give me an answer and to make it worse they just drop the call on me without giving information that I needed I work for call center and that is not the way you treat customers or patients disgusting service

One stop shop for all things medical. Dentist, xrays, pathology, pharmacy and doctors available. I love how quick and easy it is and it also affordable as part of the Netcare group. Love Doctor Daniels (male Doc) and Vander Westhuizen (female Doc)

Very badly managed, went there without an appointment (my mistake). Was going to leave and go to my regular doctor in Brackenfell. Was stopped and the receptionist said dr Riaan Smit has an opening in an hour. Decided to take it and filled in the forms, took a drive to the shop and came back 10 minutes before my appointment. Was told he is running a bit late and I said it was okay. 30 minutes after my appointment I get told he is still running a bit late. When I asked how much longer, there was no answer. I decided to cancel the appointment at that point. So what irritated me the most was that, if they just left me to leave an hour an a half earlier i couldve been back from my doctor in Brackenfell bein treated and with medication. Now Im still on pain and at clicks to get a bunch of painkillers just to get some sleep tonight. Wont go back to that meat factory again. Dont lie to people just so they dont leave to find another doctor.

The reception staff pathetic at times,I have been using this medical centre from 2009 but it is deteriorating in terms of service with times...you wait for so long to get to a doctor with an appointment and nobody cares to inform you the doctor is behind schedule.Go to them 2days after Consultation its like you never came..just know you have to pay again mam is what you get from receptionist before they secure an appointment who cares when you have a sick dehydrated child who cannot even stand,but they even chase you out of the centre with a sick toddler who never saw any doctor except theirs to go and find a new doctor if you can...
