Great pharmacy and very happy with Dr. A Marais as my GP.As of 2021-07 I would advise all to exercise caution when waiting outside in line before entering, because this is a hot spot for pickpockets. Please take note and recommend you do not take out your phone whilst outside. Thank you

Terrible service. My mom had Covid in January, Dr Pilcher did make any effort to assist after we left numerous messages to ask for help - the hospitals were full and did not want to admit my mom. She did phone my sister, rather irritated that she had to phone, just to relay the same message. We eventually got a repeat script from her, but my mom passed away the same day. This was on 22 January, until today, she does not even know my mother passed on. She has done no follow-up, showed any empathy or concern. This is not what I expect from a family physician - my mom and dad have been patients there for many years. I am definitely transferring my dads file.

So why is it when you arrive late or dont show for an appointment you as the patient get charged a consult fee? But I made a video call appointment and the Dr never even pitched tell me who can I send the bill to cause its been 30 min

I am standing in queque for reception since 12:30 & not been helped. This is always the case when I visit Medicross, the admin staff at the reception is pathetic. Dr Marais is an excellent doctor though

I have been with Dr. du Toit my entire life 40 years to be exact. Today I arrived at 14h00 for my 14h15 appointment. At 15h15 I had still not been seen by my Dr because other people were pushed in while I was left to wait. I was offered to be pushed to another Dr. and after waiting another 15 minutes I left. They better give back the R470.00 consultation fee that I never received.The Pharmacy is a joke. They cant mix creams to save their life and half the time the orders are wrong when you go to collectOn multiple occasions I have heard of people being robbed outside in the parking lot. DONT WEAR JEWELRY IN THAT AREA!Oh and could someone behind the reception desk please answer the phone. They just leave it ringing, and thats fine but GOD at least give a panado for free if your going to do that.

When money after year of supporting the centre becomes more important then their patients health then its time to move on because I believe there are still doctor that values life more then money.

Been going to Parow Medicross for years. Very happy with the service I get , best doctor is Dr A Marias.

I came to on weds 27 Jan qwith my sick daughter and doc Bester gave me prescription for prospan, coryx and ibumol. No antibiotic. Thurs the 28 the mucus came in force with a little bit of blood. Then frid the 29 I call to ask for Dr Bester I was told by the lady at reception to come see the nurse the sister in charge was rude she told me that its not nose bleeding its infection and I was booked to see doctor Du Toit at 9h45 I waited for him until 10h20. The service I received today was bad and worse.

Very professional doctors and well equipped facilities.Excellent doctors and staff. Very helpfully. Plenty of parking.Close to main roads.They have x Ray machines and a pharmaceutical outlet store in the same building.

Paid 400 to see the karen doctor for her to tell me in a space of two minutes literally... I can only talk about one problem I must come again with others when my newly gotten epilepsy issue affected me in lots of ways. I barely had the chance to speak and was rushed out. Worst doctor Ive ever experienced, I would never recommend this place.

Efficient and friendly all around

The doctors offer a mediocre service, however the main issue is the manner in which the receptionist conduct themselves is less than professional. the either do not return msgs or when they answer the phones they lack basic communication skills and telephone etiquette. this has been addressed with their clinic manager as i took the matter further. i will wait and see. if service is going to continue in this manner i will definitely have my file transferred to another practice.

Its a medical doctors centre

I have been a patient here for close to 20 years I have only received excellent service here from the dentists to the doctors as well as the radiologists.

On the 22 January 2019 i visited Medicross Parow with my 9year old son. He had a high temperature and was vomiting profusely at school hence he was sent home. Upon reaching reception i asked the receptionist Wendy if a Dr will be available to see us and she said yes. I handed her my medical aid card and explained to her that since last that weve been there we changed medical aid schemes. She fetched my sons folder and when i told her again the medical aid details has changed, her response was im sorry none of the Dr will see new patients today. I asked her how can he be a new patient if he has a folder and she said no Dr will see new patients today. I the asked for my medical aid card and she said she had given it to me only after i said she never gave it she went to the copy machine to fetch it as she had made a copy of my card. I had to leave with my sick son because he was a new patient. I felt appalled by the service received from her. Will never return there due to Wendys bad service.

Medicross Parow is absolutely excellent!!! Thanx to 1 loving, caring doctor my 9 day old baby girl is born healthy. Doctor, you close to my heart and thank you for what you have done for me and Mia-Lee and also thank you to 1 special reception lady that care so much about her job not just to answer the phone and make appointments, but to care for people to.
