The facilities are nice and clean. Dr Abigail was fantastic, lovely and friendly while still being professional. She explained everything to me. And she listened to me. I have been to many doctors looking for help with my sons chronic ear infections and she was the first one to offer to take a swab to determine what bacteria is growing in the ear, and to identify the infection as being related to an allergy, not just a viral thing.Update: On my first visit I had some billing difficulties but on visiting them again today I found that all my challenges had been dealt with and they had no trouble processing my Discovery pre-paid health voucher. The Dr Abigail was excellent again. Its an affordable and friendly place, at the time of our visit it was R 550 for the consult including any basic acute medication. You can go without making an appointment, so sometimes you might need to wait a bit but generally not more than 30 mins (I have had to wait longer in fancier more expensive doctors rooms). I highly recommend this establishment and will continue to use them for my familys health needs.

Do not support this establishment... they are extremely unprofessional the one day I waited 3 hours past my appointment time to be seen and have never waited less than an hour... also Dr Matjekane botched my face, made me pay for forehead botox then also a brow lift which did not work... then I was promised my money back... I sent my bank details and a week after I was asked for photos... that was November 2020 and I have not received a cent... rather steer clear of this establishment- I had to learn the hard way.

I wouldnt recommend you to deal with this company. I bought a deal on Hyperli, called to make an appointment but the girl answering the phone can hardly speak English. Every time I call I have to request to speak to someone else. I finally made a booking for the following week and called them 1 hour and 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm. Guess what?? Sorry they cant help me! Good thing I called to confirm. After I had to arrange with work to leave work early. Extremely unprofessional!

Ive lived in Parklands for 16 years. I have been to the local hospital and a few other GPs in the area. Clinimed not only made me feel comfortable, they provided excellent service and really showed me that I was important to them. Well equipped with a dispensary, my visit was only 25 minutes. I definitely recommend this Clinic to anyone needing extra care when feeling ill
