Waverly park at first glance looks like your average business park, but thats at a glance. It truly shows its personality once you walk through the alleys towards the respective offices, that you realise they actually trying to incorporate a slightly trendy place for people to work in. I was though, pleasantly surprised at the number of businesses that operate there. Think of a profession or service provider and they more than likely be there. Extremely neat and very well maintained is testimony to the managing agents doing their part aesthetically. Parking was secure and well manned. Which helps in todays day and age. My only gripe is the narrow roads leading in and out. All and all, a pleasant and well maintained environment for workers and visitors alike.
