Mark Bekker did a service on my Bernina 1230 sewing machine in October 2020. When I want to use my sewing machine in January 2021, my machine was not working correctly. I contact Mark, but he makes promises after promises and never deliver or come back to me. His service is so bad I can not even give him a zero for customer service it is beyond bad. I paid him cash for the service and even with him charge me R200 to deliver the machine after he picks it up, was a struggle for three (3) days to get my machine back after he postpones the delivery time five (5) times. Please make sure you pass this guy if you need help.
