Only on taking it home and looking at it in good light did he notice how badly damaged and deeply scratched the bag was (obviously from being in the store a long while).He phoned around and found NO ‘The Space’ in Jhb had the bag in stock - and we were about the leave the city - so he reached out to Antelo to see if they could help replace it.No questions asked, they collected the bag from our home in Jhb the next day - then delivered a brand new bag to our new location in Jeffreys bay.They kept in contact the entire time and the relationship felt very honest and trustworthy all around.Wonderful ethos, bag and customer experience - Thank you!

Beautiful leather bags @ good price

Bought a new wallet, but it has an ugly mark/stain on the front. Products are either factory rejects or there is no quality control in place.
