We were at friends for the week in Cape Town in Durbanville and I ask my friend where can I buy a few couches, specifically leather-couches. Both Craig and his mom both answered BobbyThey gave me his phone number and I called him at that same hour. He apparently just moved from Durbanville to Philidelphia just off the N7. Myself and my wife after a long chat with him decided to take a drive to him. It was a quick drive. What a scenic drive, beautiful flowers. We got to The Furniture Hub very quckly. What an incredible individual. He called his son to take my kids for a walk in the fields while we did some exploring through al the couches. Wow, wow, wow? Elaine could not decide what she wanted so he ask us a few questions and from there it was easy. We wanted a good deal and also needed our sofas to be delivered to Tulbah. He explained about leather and how to choose and check when leather is actually fake and not real. He also pointed out what to look for when buying leather. Leather cost expensive so when you buy, one must make sure its the right buy because it must last for ever. We are new in Cape Town and needed couches urgently. We looked everywhere and found a few furniture factory shops to buy from. We could not find anything nice. A friend of the family recommended we buy second hand couches.We then visited the leather couch factory in Philadelphia. It was very easy to find it because we found the google address and pin location online. We then met up with Bobbys Couches. We we looking for chesterfield leather-couches and a few material sofas. I got a bit side tracked with my kids running after the horses but wow, what a pleasant reception.We decided to buy new couches and it has been a week now and we just received a few photos from the owner on the progress. The Owner was very kind. He gave us a replacement corner-lounge-suite use and to enjoy while they are making our new sofas. We also purchased a few chairs and are making use of their upholstery shop. We were able to see how they work and see the craftsmanship firsthand. We are very anxious and excited to see our new chesterfield-sofas will look like. We are expecting our sofas to arrive in 2 weeks at which time we will take some photos and post it here for every to see their quality and workmanship.Customer service was excellent. Absolutely beautiful leather furniture from Bobby. Thank you so much. We found this second hand furniture online store by fluke and wow were we lucky. We ordered 2 leather couch from Second Hand Couches Cape Town. The Owner is a Guy called Bobby. Because we live in Gauteng, It is not easy to trust people that are so far away when you must stuff. Bobby send us a little video clip of all the stuff we wanted and wrapped all our furniture and send it to Johannesburg. Our couches was insured for the trip and we are so so very happy with his service.Great JOB AND ABSOLUTELY Great service by far. I have honestly never come across this kind of service anywhere honestly. This man was so pleasant and professional in the way he conducted business with me. The best service ever. We saw a beautiful traditional chesterfield sofa at wakefield fine furniture and got a few quotes. These sofas are very expensive so we decided to shop around.
