Shockingly poor! Anthony arranged for Mario to help me at 11h00, I drive 40 minutes to get to them. Mario was out. A lady helped me, said she heard my conversation with Anthony when I called and knew what I wanted. I asked to see Dakota grain, she laid out something else. I said this isnt Dakota, she got very red in the face and said loudly you come in here like a blazing bull looking for Mario! Lets start from the beginning, what are you looking for? She was totally enraged. I have never been treated so poorly. When I left, she never said goodbye. She opened the gate and walked away. I was not rude at all. The way I was treated was appalling and uncalled for. Still shocked at how poorly I was treated. And to think that I was going to pay upfront for all the leather I needed before it even arrived and that is how I was treated. If you want to drive 40 minutes to be treated like a piece of trash, look no further.
