I recently bought one of my favourite tote style designs . I already own 2 but just needed another colour as they are the most lightweight bags for traveling. After only owning my bag for 6months the corners of the bag are already looking very tatty.I decided to take the bag back as I only used it a few times and have my other 2 bags for over 5years now and they are still in a pretty good condition considering the age.When I explained to the shop assistant about my concerns and that perhaps it could be a manufacturing problem she was not really interested in hearing much .All she could say was its part of wear and tear and the best she could do was have it restitched and that this would only happen after lockdown .Long story short ,a bag I used probably about less than 10 times looks tatty and not there problem....I left the shop shocked that nothing could be done and only to be told you can come back after lockdown .Worse after service ever.

Had a really great experience with Yusra today, she opened the store 5 mins early seeing me waiting outside eagerly & for R145 my precious Longchamp bag which I bought in Paris a few years ago, will be repaired and returned to me within a week! Classic brand, classic customer service, Lonchamp - I’m a lifelong fan!

Love the brand but the shop assistant was very inattentive and unhelpful. Bought an expensive cashmere scarf and there wasnt any boxes left to put it in. Packaging is so important and I was upset as it was a gift for someone.

Unfortunately the lady working in the store was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. It made the whole experience of shopping in a luxury store very disappointing. Made me not want to shop there again.
