Superior products and service. I purchased a wallet from a retail outlet and had a slight problem where some stitching had come loose . I contacted the company and they immediately responded and asked me to take the wallet back to the outlet and they would collect from them. I did so and I received a brand new replacement wallet a couple of weeks after. Wish every company in SA could offer service like this.

Best service. We enquired about a latch on a bag to be fixed, got response and quote quick, send away and was kept posted throughout the process. Two weeks later all done and they send the bag to me. BOY WHAT A SURPRISE when we opened the box, bagged looked better than new and got a good polish and looked like a brand new bag. These people are fantastic, will GLADLY purchase any leather product that Jekyll and Hide sells with such fantastic after service
