I bought a ring as a birthday present on 31 August 2020. The size on the ring was correct, size S, but when I got home a fitted it we discovered it was the wrong g size. I went back to the store to exchange it,but was informed that the ring I bought was 1 of the new stock. However the sales lady, Cindy told me she will send a email to other stores requesting whether they do have the correct size. Today,7 September 2020 Cindy called me back saying they found a size S at one of the other branches. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO THANK THE STAFF OF STERNS,ZEVENWACHT FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME,I DO APPRECIATE THE GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS.Thank you.
Bad service dont try their best to keep customers satisfied. Im disappointed with them
I bought a tempo watch with a 3 year guarantee, few months later I took it back as it wasnt keeping time. They were very quick to try and shift the blame on me. Then they told me that I was going to have to wait for 8 to 12 weeks for them to be able to see if they were going to be able to fix it.
