Misrepresentation on delivery of rings, impacting wedding arrangements. When the sales person fully knew the purpose of the rings, that they were stage rings for the day and thag it was urgent. Fully committing to delivering the day before the wedding, yet causing absolute Havoc on the day before, expecting us to jump through hoops. I am reporting this. This branch needs to get it together.

Very helpful and attentive staff. The minute you walk in they greet you and ask if you need assistance. I was looking for something specific which they unfortunately didnt have in stock. However, they showed me other options and checked which stores in Cape Town have it in stock. Caring towards their customers.

Bad customer service they couldnt find my lay bye then it took them almost 30 mins to resize my one wotch that i had to request to be made to my size Ill never recommend this place because the staff make it feel like the customer is wrong, Ill never sit my foot in American Swiss in canal walk bad customer service Ill ratha go to Sterns

Bought a ring as a gift and was told there would be no charge for resizing and when I returned to pick up the ring I was charged a ridiculous amount. Put a very sour taste in my mouth. There was no mention of extra charges from any of the staff helping me even when I asked countless times. Ridiculous

I have had countless bad experiences with American Swiss at most of their branches.A diamond in my wedding ring fell out, my ring also bends easily as it is pink gold. I was never advised how to properly care for my ring. I get told 2 years later that it is a special events ring and not a wedding ring although it is being advertised as an engagement ring on their website.I also added a band onto the ring and it was like rocket science for the staff to understand what I actually wanted. From being on the phone with 3 different people to the incompetent manager. The staff is super unfriendly as well.I got my rings back and I am happy but the customer service is atrocious.

Went to the store. Nobody at the entrance to greet or sanitize. Store very crowded. Nobody came to help waited about 30 minutes and saw how other people were helped who came afterwards.Some employees would walk around and purposefully not make eye contact with you.Really bad service. Would not recommend

Thanks for the time spent helping me pick out a gift Jesse. To be honest, I left the store without making a purchase but the attention, product knowledge and effort from Jesse deserves the merit. Will be back for those necklaces.

Absolute worst experience ever!!! How does a store allow a customer to wait nearly 30 minutes to be serviced. Festive casuals are being treated as if they dont work there, how does that make sense. Either change management or find a better way to deal with staff!!!!!!

Disgraceful management. I was being helped very nicely by a kind festive casual worker when the manager yelled at him in front of me to stop helping me. I was shocked by the dehumanizing way staff is treated by management in front of customers. Never shopping here again.

I bought a ring for my wife last year August, the ring then broke this year beginning July and was sent away for repairs , it came back the wrong size and had to send it back again for resizing, called two weeks after only to find out it was still in store !!!!!!!No one had done anything, they sent it away after I had to complain and said it would be back by last week Friday, today is Tuesday and still heard nothing back, I was promised a call back by Nicole the assistant in store and still nothing , its been over a month and still nothing!!!!!!What a terrible experience, really hate that place with a passion, my wife and I are really disappointed .Poor customer service, worst experience ever!!!

The people were friendly but I had a problem. The watch I bought had a price on it and the sales lady confirmed it. When it went throuh the till it was R 200 more. When I queried it they just said it is head office problem. No further discussion about it. I could have tried to discuss it further but had to go back home, Hermanus.

Poor service. Staff dont know what theyre doing... Spoke to 3 different people who told me 3 different things which resulted in me going to the store twice yesterday and unfortunately again tomorrow... Really annoyed... All this to resize a ring??? Geez

One star, only because there is no zero star option. Bought a wedding ring. Resized the ring. It came back a week later, still way too big. The manager told me firstly I must pay again for a resize. After an argument I was told I dont need to pay. Then he said they can resize, but I will loose the warranty. So I bought a ring, resized, not correct, resize again and forfeit the warranty......for a expensive wedding ring......and by the way I was told I would have it in a few days. Guess what, I got married since, yes you guessed it ....no ring yet. Manager is totally useless and not equipped to work with customers. Wont put my feet in American Swiss again.

I was not impressed at all with the quality of the ring I bought a few months ago. The icon titanium ring was won for less than a week and the diamond fell out.Now Im sitting without an engagement ring as I had to take it in....

Im reading through all the reviews and Im cringing coz Im in the same boat.I took my ring in for a resize exactly a week ago and I was told that I would be called by today yet no update.Called their phone line today and there is no answer.Sucks that my engagement ring is in the mix of this all.
