Seems very dodgy, I needed to print a personal, confidential document urgently from a flash drive and had no choice but to use Ratech. The two ladies took almost 20min to print the document, saying there was something wrong with the printer. Everything was done behind the counter and apart from seemingly reading the contents, Im not sure if the contents of the flash drive were maybe copied, because it just took way to long.Ive noted this incident in my diary and will definately NOT recommend it to anyone wanting to deal with sensitive information.Was definitely an eye-opener and nerve- wrecking experience.

Computers installed Win XP, slow internet. Bt the price is great. R20 for whole 3 hrs...🤪🤪🤪🤪
