Rogue trader! Avoid like the plague! There is no option to give minus stars! He supplied us with a TV that he claimed to be new that clearly wasnt. He begrudgingly returned our cash as it was faulty but withheld R1000 for his troubles. He supplied a smart TV box that was useless and then when we returned it sold it to someone else with our personal info on it, but worst of all, supplied us with a Mac that he also claimed was new that holds someone elses IP address, and is faulty. He certainly doesnt know what he is doing with Macs and wont return the cash, claiming he needs to sell it to someone else first. I pointed out that he cant as it is faulty. On investigation, turns out we are by no means the only ones he has defrauded. He is now under review by the DTI and the National Consumer Tribunal.
