Playalot provides loads of fun to kids and is definitely a place to visit. Current prices (during school holidays) is R100/hour a child whilst R50 is charged outside of school holidays. There is a great Cafe which is located on the top level that allows one to watch over your kids. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. It was also great to have staff at all the play areas to assist kids. You must buy a pair of special socks which range from R45. My son had the same pair but from a different play park (same grip type of sock) however was told to buy one from them which I thought was unnecessary. Regardless it was still a great play date. You can also have kiddies parties at the venue.As always just my opinion.

Fun filled afternoon with adequate entertainment. Young and older kids participation in all items. Helpful staff. Refreshments available. A definite next visit soon

We attended a birthday party here. There was plenty to do for each age group, the kids went mad with excitement. The 5D cinema was a pleasant surprise. I may go back for their date night specials.

For our 1st time there today it was horrible. Front of house staff have no way of speaking to customers. No temperature taken or forms filled in. Zero covid protocols. Kids only get 1 hour of play time but the zip line is closed for 40min of the hour. In my opinion R100 wasted. Will definitely not be back again.

Really wonderful. Lots of things to keep the children busy and the staff are friendly, warm and attentive to the kids. They also do an excellent job of sanitising the surfaces.

Awesome place for kids and adults are also able to relax while kids have fun! There is a cocktail bar for adults, wide variety of meals to choose from and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Rude customer service. Owner made an effort to make us feel unwelcomed because they expect us to pay R46 for a pair of socks to look after our 1year old. They realy are an unfriendly bunch. Forget about supporting local. Since there is no option for zero stars, Im only left to choose 1 star.

Absolutely love this place. All 3 our kids (ages 3,5 & 7) have a blast here and are always super excited to visit and play (and climb!) at Playalot. I always take them on a week day afternoon when it is 50% less than on weekends and holidays. The place is always spotless, the staff are so friendly and the setup is very safe. Highly recommend!

Excellent indoor play area for kids. My toddler was in his element playing there, love the sand pit and the fact that adults are allowed to go with there little ones down the slides ect. Staff is super friendly

Food was cold. Even though it was fast. Makes you wonder why. Coffee was hot, but cappuccino was cold. Again, why. And we had to call our waitress every time we needed something

It is a very nice place for the kids to play with enough child minders to keep an eye. It is a bit on the expensive side and it is a bit silly that you have to wear their socks and cant just use socks from other places.

Fantastic way to get the kids to burn off some energy. The staff are professional and well trained and I never felt uncomfortable letting my son run around playing on the various obstacles and gyms.The Covid-19 protocols are clearly being adhered to and staff and gyms are sanitised at regular intervals. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fun outing!

We went there tonight with friends of ours after supper as we both have a 2 year old and 8 month old babies. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The kids had soooooooo much fun. Its sooooo child friendly and the marshalls are AMAAAAAAAAAAZING! They made a point of getting to know our kids and went out of their way to ensure their safety and that they have FUN. Mommies can join in the fun too. We will definitely be going back. It was definitely worth the moneyWill soon become members too. Playalot, you guys are awesome! Element of surprise. 5D cinema with all our kids, babies and all was super duper awesome. It was a fun experience! We coming back!

Nice, fun, hygiene compliant place to bring your kids. The Europe Zone for babies and toddlers aged 0 - 3 has more than enough toys and spaces to keep little ones occupied. Also have never been with my son and felt that the space was overcrowded. Only slight downside is that the hourly rates are a bit high.

The kids love it there. The food and atmosphere was great. The only suggestion I have is to fix those gates at the entrances to the different play areas, as they sometimes dont work and other times hit the kids as they open a different way than expected. Overall we love going there as the kids get to enjoy a safe environment with very caring staff that keeps a watchful eye.

This place was fun for the kids and adults alike. The kids have a huge play area which includes a 3 story obstacle area, trampolines, ball pit, slides and seed pit (its a million times better than a sand pit). And if you have a competitive family like mine, the adults can race over the ninja course or climb the climbing wall. This place makes you feel like a kid again. We really had fun, I dont know when last I laughed so hard. Were definitely going back.

Great place to take the kids with friendly staff & knead bakery for parents needing a break however R100 per hour is pricey especially if you have more than 1 child, would be great if you have 2 or more kids have a discounted rate as kids never wanna stop at only 1 hour of play. Also love the fact that they have a salon on site but overall enjoy bringing my kids to PlayALot.
