Went till there to see how the place looks but i was welcome by 3 Ladies and they where very helpful. I asked them about pricing and how to make an appointment. I also ask if they had strict covid guidelines in place as we know kids touch and play everywhere and they said YES and wanted to show it to me on paper aswell. So im planing to take my son there for his Birthday.

Great idea. Out in Winelands, Indoor safe, great staff and food. Ideal for kids. Great for parties.

Really liked the people there they pretty cool tbh but they have PS4 games but they have a PS3 lol but the other games are kinda nice

Excellent service and can eat and relax with a relaxed heart and kids can play around freely without you being worried about them getting hurt! Friendly staff and prices are reasonable!

Excellent experience Im definitely going back. The staff is very helpful and kind.The maintaining of the mask wearing and sanitizing is on point. The food was delicious the desert as well. Everything was just perfect 👌 well done team and thank you.

We held our daughter’s 1st birthday party at Kids Factory and what a memorable experience. Exceptional service from all staff. Facility is clean and maintains all COVID-19 protocol. The food was awesome. Thank you Suzette, Justin and team for your excellent service.

Staff are bit short but great place for kids to play. Food not amazing.

My two year old loved it! She entertained herself for 3 hours. Play area is clean and neat and safe for the kids. Food was good too. Ill definitely go again.

They are organised and well in line with the lockdown regulations.I thoroughly enjoyed the Carvary and the kids absolutely enjoyed the play area.I will defs go there againIf you want a good home cooked meal and desert, a homely atmosphere, a huge play area for the kids, Professional staff and excellent service at low cost, go to Kids Factory. 👌

Great play area for kids. There are marshalls on the floor at all times to ensure the safety of the kids while playing and they have great specials!
