We were looking forward to our visit and absolutely started on the wrong foot; arrived and we’re questioned about our parking and if we’re visiting the shop….. then I spotted a notice on the door A4 printed paper stating: please make it quick….. Really?!?Although the products are good, we wanted to have a look at the display, however, we were rushed and that to me is definitely NOT how you should behave towards customers…. We still wanted other products but will rather shop them somewhere else.

I placed the orders online about 20 minutes apart. Both orders were ready for collection within minutes. The shop in Brackenfell isnt very large, but the products are well displayed and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything you need to get going with hydroponic growing can be found here.

The place has staff who explain everything to you properly I got The twin starter Hydroponics system . The equipment chemicals to test water and to propagate are all in one place .I would like to know where specific Hydroponics seedlings could be bought .

Wow!! Been supporting these guys rather than shops in Gauteng because I thought their service was better. Very unhappy experience on the phone today with Arno, the manager. What does it say of a business, when they tell the customer: we are busy with many other orders?! Or: you cant have your cake and eat it!? Seriously?!? I wanted to add an item to my order, and pay it immediately with Credit Card, so that the order would not be delayed. Therefore the reason that I called this morning well before the orders go out. THEY COULD NOT ADD AN ITEM AND CHARGE ME FOR IT. My order would have to be delayed, according to them!
