Quiet, access control close by shopping centre,not far from the beach

The development is on its way.Let me just start of by saying I dont stay here but one of my close friends stay here.And to say the least she is not very impressed.Cost is high for what you get.The thing is it can just get beter from here.They are still new and have potential.

Awesome Estate with beautiful homes on offer on a Plot and Plan basis. Currently offering free Toyota Aygo with purchase of a townhouse from R2.1mil and R50k worth of savings on reserving a luxury apartment for R1.5mil.

We are staying in Acorn Creek. It is supposed to be a top class Estate Lifestyle Estate but it is eveything except that. The noise levels from neighbours are very high. There are no and I mean no rules about noise or if there are the body corprote dont apply the rules. We complained several times but it just carry on and on. Lucky we are just renting in this secondhand estate but not for long. Please spread the news stay away from Acorn Creek!!!

Phase 1 houses would have been ready for occupation by October / November 2017, but no single house is even close to completion. The date has now been postponed to February / March 2018. The construction work is progressing at a snails pace. I just hope that my son and his fiances house will be ready for occupation when they will get married in April 2018. Some of the developments in the Helderberg area started long after Acorn Creek and they are very close to completion. Can you imagine the impact this postponement has on people who sold their property to buy here? Also, how safe will the estate be when the first people move in? There is NO fence between the Creek and the new Huntsman development and Acorn Creeks levies are sky high in comparison with other gated villages. Your ads are misleading...
