Beautiful, well maintained complex.

Love place to eat. Steak was delicious and service was excellent.

Relatively safe area with low cost housing. Downsides would be that its next to the highway which can be loud at times. Otherwise its a prime location for a bachelor or small family.

Best address for family time. Close to all the main arteries and beach.

Parking for visitors is an issue. The one way exit is also misleading as its actually the entrance, but isnt clearly marked. Other than that, there are lovely duplexes there.
