This was our first time using Broomstix, and we wers very impressedWe always thought that uoouse was very clean, but they were so thoroughand professional, that we could hardly believe our eyes. I would have nohesitation in reccomending Marlenes team for house cleaning.

Theyre not very punctual. They arrived 30mins late. Their cleaning is fairly ok. They dont move the items back to how they found it. I must say, Im a bit disappointed.

They never answered any enquiry emails. Never get back to the customers. Clearly not interested in doing any work.

Bad service, specifically pointed out areas to clean which was not done. Windows not properly cleaned either. Have the picture as proof. Will never use them again.

They do not service the Penhill area, and have no intention of doing so based on the curt response I received.

They are way to expensive..Im thinking of starting a new business and charge half of that..just my opinion..!!

Absolute waste of time and money. (Somerset West)We recently moved into a rental that Broomstix was hired to clean. The following has been left to us:1.) The toilet had compacted residue in it that they ignored. It took me 20 minutes, some bleach, and a bit of elbow grease to get it clean.2.) The shower had some basic scum and mould to clean - we were told upon inquiry that this was impossible to clean, yet the scum needs a gentle rub and the mould a gentle scrub.3.) The kitchen cupboards stank. A quick wipe down with bleach got rid of the dirt they ignored while combating the stench.4.) Dirt in corners and in sliding door tracks just left for us to take care of.5.) Indoor fireplace not cleaned.6.) Carpets in bedrooms were meant to be cleaned but only received a sprinkling of powder that was just vacuumed up. The carpets will be washed at our own cost as they stink and are so filled with gunk that one cannot even walk barefoot on them. (I am very much aware of the current water situation, however, a carpet shampooer uses a minimal amount and as the house was vacant over the period granted them to clean, the water usage would have equalled that of a single persons daily allowance.)7.) Drains were not cleaned.While much of the above reflects on the bad habits of the previous tenants, companies like Broomstix are hired (at a relatively high price) to ensure the new tenants move into a new home without the hassle of needing to clean. This company is pathetic to say the least as they are simply posing as a cleaning service without actually cleaning.

Think twice, and then some more before hiring Broomstix. They will gladly take your money, for a terrible service and no accountability for their poor service. We recently moved into a new rental, which they were responsible for cleaning. Even the most basic things were overlooked. Dirty toilet, moldy shower, nasty carpets... I can go on. Carpets are still in good condition, but needed a deep clean to get smells out. They simply sprinkled some carpet powder instead of getting animal urine smell out with a proper deep cleaning machine. Toilet just neededa decent scrub, which they were unable to do for some reason (it took just twenty minutes). They seem to be one of those companies that benefit from contractual obligations related to cleaning, without actually doing much. I could have done their job for way cheaper, and less of a headache than trying to deal with them explaining why they didnt do what they were paid for (and Id still have some cleaning products left over). Take your business elsewhere, would be my advice.

Mathildas team in Somerset West are absolutely amazing. I am never able to be at home when they clean and have always come home to a perfectly clean house with everything in its place. Would highly recommend Broomstix to any private or corporate client. Thank you for making my life just that much easier 😊

Asked for assistance for cleaning from Broomstix Gordons Bay , the lady on the phones response was very unprofessional when I mentioned window cleaning on top of cleaning. I will be doing my cleaning myself tomorrow as I can manage all that in a couple of hours .What is the point in asking them to come out if that is the poor attitude? I bet I will anyway be able to do a better job, as we wont know for sure now as I am put off from them because of this interaction and wouldnt recommend a service that responds like that when window cleaning is mentioned.

Ive made use of broomstix services for over a year and it has been the most unpleasant cleaning service experience.They arrive late, barge in and never greet. They eat where ever they please make coffee for themselves and break items and will tell you that they found it that way. There is no sort of supervision while they clean or any assessment afterwards. Items go missing and broomstix takes no responsibility or action even if you catch their cleaners with the items in their pocket! Awful service and experience.

Clothes and other went missing out of our house in the period they were cleaning, cant for sure say it was them, but have my suspicions. When I spoke to the owner she made as if it was my fault. Have not had any feedback from them, it has been about 4 months now.

If they are more than one worker, they speak up, even sit down and eat, ahead of time on my couches, that the food is splashing! They must work under supervision!
