Though business relationship could be uneasy at times due changing attitudes by domestic workers supplied via cleaning service, i first thought service provider to be reasonable and understanding but was proofed wrong due to recent occurrence. Whereby service owner was directly informed of poor work ethic, behavior and worrisome health symptoms by another domestic worker provided by the service and showed very little concern thereof. Owner claimed it would final time service would provide a proper replacement for domestic worker, but failing to do so terminated service. Which makes the overall google rating an inaccurate reflection of the quality of service provided to all their customers.In response to Owner: Yes you are completely right by inferring that my moms standards are to high for you. After to all shes over the age of 60, with a bad hip and always does half of the household cleaning. Leaving only half the work to be done by the domestic worker. Yet apparently expecting someone to do said cleaning properly and competently, without having to ensure they dont drag their feet, is too high a standard. And in regard to health issue it is very alarming during these times when domestic is coughing hard and rudely firstly states they have an allergy, to only later when confronted again, state they are only a little sick.

We were very impressed with the outcome, the place was spotless and they even got rid of stains we couldnt. Have someone who cleans carpets professionally too - he did a really great job too.Good attitude, good work ethic. Would recommend them to anyone.
